It is impossible to find and use Zello Friends and Family. In answer to the response about how to contact customer support: I have already tried, with no result. Getting stuck is not the problem. It is that there is no link offered to find the Friends and Family app, or section. There are no links offered at all. All of the supposed links which sit at the bottom of the page, are dead.

Huge battery drain since last update on Android 16 pixel 6a. Always have the app running in the background with no changes to listening habits. I have tried troubleshooting tips from support with no luck.anyone looking into this? Are there any other users experiencing the same?
Updates automatically change my settings and most of them introduce a new bug, forcing us to find an alternative solution. When Zello first came out many years ago, it was so complicated, it was pretty much unusable. Lately it feels like that again.
"Adjust volume on incoming messages" is not working anymore. I wait the 10 minutes and try to get the volume to go back to my preset 100%, but it does not change, it remains lowered after playing a game that needed to be lowered. I've left messages with Zello with no response. Not happy. I'm using a Galaxy A35 5G android 16.
