Words can't explain how utterly annoying it is to have stuff pop up while you are in the middle of solving a puzzle and you are stuck enduring their BS ads.
Unlike their ad. I want a challenge not begin making 3 and 4 letter words.
four words, 5 seconds. ad over a minute waiting for ad to finish 6 words, under 10 seconds. ad over a minute wait the more levels I complete, the more ads I'm getting. uninstalled, never playing it again. edit: developer says ads keep game free to use. bullsh1t. you've got 2 minutes of ads for every 10 seconds of gaming. pathetic. and don't thank me for the support, there is no support, uninstalled and will never use anything you make.
i will be deleting your app today. I was ranking in first place last night and when I got on the game this morning I was on Level 1. I was on Level 1kplus. all my hard work is gone!!! I've been playing for a while and I really enjoyed the game. I'm so disappointed in your game!!!

Ads hijack your phone and can't be dismissed without visiting the Google Play store first. This practice should be banned. Avoid like the plague.

Enjoyed the experience at first, then we hit the pop ups and ads after every level and it got really annoying. I spend more time closing pop ups and watching ads than beating a level and that's ridiculous. Unfortunate but uninstalling.
new update is atrocious, old one was far better. EDIT: I tried contacting the support team, I was then met with support prompts from a bot not an actual person unfortunately..

paid a dollar for this game. that still hammer you with videos. these are 1+ minutes long. waste of time and money.

I spend 90% of my time stuck watching commercials while other players easily overtake my progress. This is supposed to be relaxing entertainment, not a test of my patience. Stop ruining a great game with this ridiculous ad frequency. Fix it ASAP, it's completely unplayable like this!
fonctional word game in multiples language but too many add. after the 20 first levels that are like 5 sec levels, you got every. 1 or 2 level... so between 15 and 20 sec gaming time for 30 sec adds.
I see the cognitive training and memory skill value of this game as a psychologist. However, my team is being unfairly penalized for being amazing players. 24 crowns were stripped from 24 amazing players. The crowns were earned, not handed down. I have attempted to contact Zen Word customer support to report missing crowns, missing points, and other issues that need to be addressed. Zen Word CS is not accessible to players. it's not zen when the ads are after every single round. uninstalling
first two chapters, no ads. after chapter three the ads start. now, I'm fine with ads, I know that's how they make money. however, you're not going to lie to me or bombard me. if you can't do no ads, don't say you can. if you think an ad after every single level is "less disruptive" you are very sadly mistaken.
fun for a while
this game was amazing until it got more expensive to get rewards like free letters in game. now you need 20 instead of 10 extra words to get a letter. now you need 5 stars to get 10 extra coins instead of 3 stars. this game will soon become even more of a pay to play game. I had to download an ad blocker into my phone to block ads on this app because they were so bad. they don't need that amount of ads to keep the app running. they're just greedy.
