i loved the game itself, but i keep get pop ups threatening data breaches and such. it was too bad this game helped me sleep.
As long as you don't make in-game purchases this game is very relaxing & rewarding. Once a purchase is made eventually you lose it & trying to contact support staff to get it back gets completely ignored. I purchased "no ads forever" & got to use it for awhile before it vanished. When I reached out to support & sent a screenshot of my purchase 3 times then all 3 times it was ignored & I am forced to watch ads I shouldn't have to be watching. My next step is to contact Google support & report app

The core gameplay is fine, but the game is just so horribly built. Listen, I PAID to have no ads. Great. but the game itself has so many popups and random things that are so annoying. the reviews must be fake.

I had this game advertised to me as having "no ads" and I had a similar game on my old iPhone so I was excited. About 15 levels in there are so many ads... The game is alright but it's just constant ads.

enjoyed it but it's not challenging and there's ads after almost every turn and nobody has the patient to sit through ads and play a game targeted toward relaxation!

Garbage! Supposed to be calming, not so calming when there are ads at every level; they take forever and they're hard to exit out. They ask you after every level if you enjoyed the game, and have you tell them if the level was difficult, just right or too easy. Seriously?! I just wanted to stimulate my brain and all I received was irritation. So much for being "Zen". Idiot's. Seriously w\all the pop-ups, spins & challenges! UGH!
wa s every so oftrn enjoying this game on a casual basis. new enforced update seemed ok initially. Though it seemed to be more intensive wrt to adverts. but was working om ish ( a few add crashes ). HOWEVER: after returning to the app, it has lost all my progress, and started at level one again. far from helping with brain rot, it has agravated mental problems. and im ending all support for this app. i hope other aps from this provider dont follow suit.
When you play this game you don't get a payout. Please after you download the game if ads pop up delete immediately. the company messes with your data on your phone
why does the ad say no when there is ads lairs
Ads for this app must be made using AI as I sat through one only to watch it create a word that isn't real, (I even double checked it because it was so absurd to see!) If your ads are AI then your game probably is too, if I couls give 0 stars I would.
Far mar apps that do the exact same thing with far less ads. Greed is the only reason to have this many ads on such a simple app.
Game is ok. Trying to contact help or support is multi tasking. I have everything on mute cause of my young child. yet the ads keep playing at loud volume. Yes it's possible to get away from ads but it costs cash and stars. i just wanted no volume on ads when my child is sleeping. Uninstalled unfortunately.

Ads.... Ads..... Ads... SERIOUSLY, an AD after every single round!!! Just don't bother. Even worse after the recent update, can't even close the app and reopen, it just goes straight back to the AD!!! Actually was enjoying it, but now deleted.
The game was fun until I got a new phone. Transferred everything back to my new phone. Turn the game on and it started me over. Logged in and didn't keep my old game. I was +700 levels in. I even paid for it so I wouldn't get ads. contacted customer support. Told me I had to access the game from my old device, which had already been factory reset. Then was told there was nothing they could do.
Too many ads. An ad after every puzzle. They change your position on the leaderboard. No explanation for their actions. Very frustrating. I've played over 1200 levels and still haven't received an answer to my question as to why they change. They change the leader board on you all the time, so you efforts are erased constantly which is very disrespectful to the players. Wish I could take the one star away. why is the game advertised is different then the game played? Uninstalling .

very bad experience...too many ads. after each level one or two ads are there and that loo 2 minutes long. quite irritating...reduce the number of ads. so I can have a smooth game experience
advertised as Ad Free, there's Ads and when you watch a video for things, coins, planes etc. when you exit the video it sucks you out of the game completely with no reward
My phone died the other night, & when I rebooted it, Zen Words had cleared its records of my progress from the last several *years.* Now when I win Butterflies, I go to claim the points, but there are none! It shows me earning butterflies, but when I go to cash them in, the total shows ZERO.

Good but too many adds
This would be a great game. Except the ADS are way too long and way too frequent. I would pay $1.99 or $2.99 a month, but they want Weekly, this is not the type of game that I am willing to pay weekly for.. it's basic, sure it makes you think, but it is not worth a weekly subscription. I don't mind ADS as long as they are not overpowering and long. These ADS are ridiculously long... I'm uninstalling. Do better. This could be a great game.
I really liked this game, but there is an ad between every round, very annoying! So will be deleting the game..
This seemed cool at 1st and then blasted me with some upgrade to scam gambling. Too bad, I love a good word game.

I played to level 14500 until it kept going into a loop. I uninstalled and reinstalled and whenever selected claim it went into an unending loop
Clear one puzzle and get 3-5 ads. Not worth it. Delete.

when i stared playing this game it was good experience but i completed 3,4stages there was lots of Ads.so plz make sure that too much ads .so i uninstalled this.so many words repeating in same level.
