My issues: 1) My phone more than meets the requirement, but still randomly crashes. 2) The story can be better. 3) Oversexualization of young-looking girls & women - period, further cemented by their severe lack of male characters. 4) Gacha model. Inherently bad. Lootboxes don't get a pass & neither should gacha. 5) Disgusting LGBTQ bait in Jane's videos & probably more to come. I expected more from a chinese company. EDIT: I guess my phone doesn't meet requirements anymore...
the game's graphics is very bad when compared to wuwa or nte on phone , everything looks blurry even on highest resolution

Can't change the sibling for the main story even though they became a playable character if I knew it wasn't going to be a generic main character and instead they would have their own personality from the start I would picked with more caution now I'm stuck with the sibling Wise that has a personality of a blank paper

I have problem when skipping the main story but I can't redo my decision. Too bad because all I want to do here is just enjoying the story😔

Keeps crashing
As i have said already, the game was running pretty fine to me the past version, and it even crashed to me but very slightly, now this current version it doesnt let me open the game atall, i have to keep struggling for hours for it to completely load without crashing, now it crashed alot more than what it used to, something that truly surprises me since i installed "endfield" game that doesnt even support my mobile, and it doesnt crash, it lags but doesnt crash like this game does.
The game keeps crashing on mobile during login ever since the newest update and it's still not fixed

I don't like where the game is going. AoD was the worst patch ever, and I've played since 1.2. Ups and downs aside, powercreep is gnawing and character designs turned from amazing to dull. Upd: I couldn't even muster the strength to play through 3.0 story. ZZZ was good while it lasted, and then went downhill starting with 1.5. Goodbye sweet prince.

Extremely deceptive RNG mechanics (took nearly 160-170 pulls for a single S-rank). Customer support completely ignores reasonable transparency requests with cold, automated template bot replies. Zero respect for global players' time and effort. unfortunately , I won't change my review because this is based on my real personal experience. I felt disappointed in this game and game publisher.
Can you please optimize this game? Make it more of a GPU dependant game instead of CPU to remove the stutters
SO UNPLAYABLE bad experience I'm using mobile phone OPPO k13 turbo pro which is have no problem running high graphic games I play wuthering waves, NTE and where wind meet with no problem at all but ZZZ when I play the game combat for about 5 minute all of a sudden the game screen glitches and doing repeated animation while the background music and sfx plays normally, it crash my phone all i need to do to close the game is pull down the notification and click setting to get out from the game,

good game trapped in monetization purgatory.
Here from PC because the optimization is just terrible as the game constantly lags at even low-medium settings on its own. Meanwhile im able to run both Honkai Impact 3rd and Star Rail with other tabs open and they both smoothly without issue to where its not my system its the game that needs to be fixed.
since the new update rosecealifer my tablet device started to feel so laggy and slow, despite I've put every settings to low as possible but no the, performance is still poor and when I open the map it just automatically just exit the game I hope they fixed this issues asap so that someone who's struggling to play with low resolution, and I hope In the next update they would fix this so that I can finish some quest or events.

They wont rerun harumasa. Its been more than a year. WHERE is his rerun??? Did you kill him or something???? The gooners on this game have touched more grass than hes had reruns from how long its been. Theres been like 2 total eclipses since ive last seen his face smiling on my screen with a pull counter. Hoyo wheres his rerun i am ILL
