I thought I was clicking Next to see the sales tax, when in fact it was the final click before purchase when I hadn't been 100% certain. Hopefully the glasses themselves will be worth the price and the hassle, I'll have to wait a couple of weeks to find out.

experience was terrible with their delivery company. They just left the glasses outside without any prompt text or email notification. As a result the glasses were left too long outside and were stolen. Buy from a shop better than this inefficient and lazy method of delivery.

been ordering for years however quality is going down. The last pair I ordered was made with a stripped screw on one of the arms so when it got loose I tried to trighten it with no luck. i could loosen the arm but it would not tighten back up and hold the arm back in place no matter what I did so they ended up in the trash within a month. This is horrible considering I paid over $40 CDN on these and I am on a severely tight budget and that is a lot for someone on disability!
Took me more than an hour, calling Zenni, order still wouldn't place. Finally, did the identical thing and the order went through. This, after both my husband and I tried repeatedly.
try on feature won't work, I have tried for hours and I cannot get it to detect my face. I have gone through different amount of light, being outside or inside, everything but I cannot get it to detect my face at all.
Helpful for glasses that break in a short time span at a low cost, loyalty program is anything but. Really frustrated with continuity of customer support, "email us or message us here please" and then no corrections made to account. Not a fan of how they erase the amount of points, but many companies due that to force continued traffic and for tax purposes. Okay... but disallowing rewards benefits altogether due to some random fiscal reset annually or less. That's the end here, Zenni.
The app is self is fine but that UI is a nightmare. It's incredibly delayed and made a purchase that only should have taken 10 minutes nearly 30 minutes. That has to be fixed. Also their selection has dropped off. I remember a pair of glasses that I bought just a couple years ago was retired. That made no sense. Why would you retire frames? That made it incredibly difficult to find a pair of frames that I wanted.
