The food that I ordered was really bad, as soon as I ordered it the delivery partner asked me to rate them 5 stars, and later on when I had the food, it was disgusting, there was no flavour in it at all..

Zepto’s "10-minute delivery" is a total lie and a marketing gimmick. I placed an order late at night for essential items, and they kept me in "finding delivery partner" limbo for 90 minutes. The app showed the order was being processed while I sat and waited until after midnight, only for them to abruptly cancel it with a "Delivery Failed" message. No call, no apology, and no rider assigned after an hour and a half of waiting. They are happy to take your money upfront, but they have zero inf

i would like to give a rating of negative as well, but sadly, i can't ... so i ordered a bhel puri from these guys, and it was the very first order after some ... 1 FREAKING HOUR, they said it's delivered, and it never reached me 🙃 the customer support guy told that they have talked to the delivery person and he said that there was a person holding money and has received my order wow ... so some stranger already knew that a "bhelpuri" order was to be delivered or he himself ate it 🤔

Worst service of all time. Whenever I try order something like sandwiche it's say's ' We are expecting high orders please try after 15 minutes ' but even after waiting for 1 hours it's show the same thing.
App installed but unable to register or open .. WASTED
Worst service ever I have received from any online platform. There is no commitment on orders that will surely get delivered even if the order is accepted. They will make you wait for 2 hours and the order will get cancelled. poor service for delivery, don't have enough people to make the delivery and finally they will cancel your order after making you wait for long hours.

Don't order anything from them. They show one price on the order window and then the actual price will be higher once you place the order. Packaging is not proper and customer support is nonexistent. Uninstalling this 💩
dear friends don't use this app don't download this app entirely waste I order some snacks to eat but they take it long time nearly 45 minutes. for example they saying 12 minutes after 12 minutes automatically time extend for 20 minutes

Refund issues and customer support behavior was appalling, the issue is still not resolved and they hung up on me, Pooja, was it?
"temporarily closed" is permanent now. cannot count on zepto cafe to work.
