After they have started the IPO services they have started blaming their customer for providing stale rotten products. Providing very bad services. Their internal team can look inside products like coconut and watermelon and tell whether they are rotten or not. Very illogical arguments from their side.
bahut hi ghatiya company hai inse dudh mangao to yah garm dudh La kar dete Hain Jo ki patile mein dalte hi fat jaaye aur uske bad unki Koi responsibility nahin Hai payment pahle dete Hain sab log ab jaton ko boycott karo
never ordered fruit, veggies and juice from this worst service if u order juice u will get warm ,if u order banana u will get raw things , zepto i have seen ur outlet it is worse than my bathroom, food inspector pls visit their outlet if ur non corruption officer.

He called to say, "I've arrived; come outside," but then kept me waiting outside for five minutes before he finally showed up.

Rotten Fruits and Vegetable dumping warehouse. Their support team says the item you want replacement/refund is within our quality standards even if you provide a clear image of fruit/vegetable in rotten condition delivered at your doorstep. Their Quality standard may be rotten items. Edit:Issue resolved on call, their supervisor called me and provided the refund for rotten items. Edit 2: Again a similar issue happened, and I have to write mails, won't be using zepto for groceries ever.

worst app for quick delivery and for its customer care. Not even trying to understand the customer situation. Not able to deliver even in 1 hr and keep saying only 15 min.
other applications like instamart and blinkit filpkart having exchange or return option why zepto not having this

Growing Pathetic day by day. Every order needs multiple followups, everytime getting delayed beyond measure. Messing up with your time every time.

They don't take any responsibility for the bad quality of products delivered. They don't even have a customer care number to reach out and resolve issues. The customer care email is useless and sends AI automated garbage responses. Try other apps which are doing justice to both quantity and quality. Zepto does not care about the customers. Looks like the bosses have made enough money. Uninstalled the app now. Another example of a company how the main core values get derailed over time.
hi I have buyed burger in zepto cafe and they sent a expired one after raising ticket they refused to replacement and refunded only 50% very poor quality and worst service

The items we order, for example milk, often arrive spoiled or curdled, and they neither replace the product nor provide a refund. Instead, they give excuses saying it happened due to environmental factors or temperature issues...
the worst app! And worst helpline! I have an issue with a order so I registered a complaint. They told me that they would give me a refund but they didn't process it and made me frustrated with their so called helpline assistants! I want my refund!
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service quality I have been experiencing repeatedly with your platform. Items are going missing from orders almost daily, causing significant inconvenience. In addition, the behavior of some delivery partners has been unprofessional and disrespectful. I have also faced rude responses from store in-charge staff , no human customer support, only bot responding..very unprofessional service
very disappointed zepto... the order was missing and their is no option to call the delivery boy to tell ... and I started complain to the customer service and they don't take any action and saying that the delivery is done . what kind of nonsense is this!!!!
