I am selected the part time job as picker . but when I reached the store the store manager said that their is no vacancy
Worst app ever. Wasted my whole day completing the process, went to the store and they didn’t even let me enter. Staff and manager were rude and kept asking for “reference” like the app is useless. No help from helpline either. Completely unprofessional and misleading for job seekers.
The information and earnings shown in the app are totally fake and the reality is the maximum earning per month after working for at least 9 hours is just 12000/- rupees means they are just hiring the people only on the basis of attraction and just making them work like machine without any result.......totally fake give more and more reviews like this so that this app can be banned and the owner must get in loss and get destroyed.....

no parttime Job vacancy. But in Packman it showed that there is Vacancy for Parttime.
Worst App for Flex workers. They are offering minimum 300-400rs for one 2 hour slot. 600-800rs for 4 hour slot. But i worked 4 hour slot i get only 90 rs. I worked 3 hours another day , very less orders came , i take 60+ items but zero earings showing. Fraud company fraud app .

I am currently working at Zepto here in Delhi. Please don't lie about the salary being 23k or 25k; it's been two months now, and I am receiving only 16k. Stop lying. Also, it's labour work, you have to work as a labourer for back-cracking logistics loading and unloading 4 times a day. which I never applied for such work, but they force us to work as labour. so, guys iam warning you. think twice before you sign up for this work.

I applied through the Packman app for a Zepto picker role and visited the assigned store for onboarding. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The environment felt unprofessional and unhygienic. Staff behavior was rude, and there was no proper guidance about the hiring process. I also observed smoking near the entrance and inappropriate language among workers. I hope Packman and Zepto improve onboarding standards and review assigned store conditions more carefully

there is no vacancy for packing job just see in app that vacancy is available but when I went for interview they said no there is no vacancy is available then they sent me for another location that told me that there will be vaccancy and I went but also gave me same answer this on paldi and Navrangpura don't go for interview that's totally time waste

I was eating 0 zero for this app one of the worst applications I ever used and the bad working performance every time it was working slow I was un available to punching on the time on my work this app is always buffing after a minute it shows errer

I also a part of this Zepto But these benifits were not given to Packer or other departments employee in Zepto. Under Merchant/ Franchise store not gives basic salary or Insantives at Noida.

i don't have problem with the people in store they are very friendly my only problem is, as i am a flex packer i get orders only if the full time people are busy .other than that i have worked 12 hours in 2 days and earned 301 so according to me its a waste of time .like i have earned 25rs an hour.total waste of time
