I visited the store to work and I told them that I will do work for 4 hours as it is told in the app itself that part time workers will only work for two slots. But when I told them the Manager talked very rudely that no no you have to do work for 6 hours otherwise don't come. I want to say that on the app zepto talks very clearly that you can do work at your pace and for overtime you will get extra pay but when I saw the reality, now I don't want to work they are just do work we don't care

booked slots in app after reaching the godown they are saying, All slots are full.. Worst app ever exist in play store Zepto...! you wasted my time and my little savings too 😭
not good for health always we have to run for fast pickup if we don't run our ipp will be down and the store people force us to run fast and speaks bad languages
It shows confirmed slots and vacancies, but when you reach the store location, the manager says there is no vacancy or no devices available to work. The salary shown in the app is also misleading as they offer much less on the spot. The onboarding process is glitchy, support is useless, and store staff is very rude. Save your time and petrol, please do not download it!

I had booked a flex shift through the Packman App for the time slot of 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM, which was clearly available and accepted on the app. However, when I arrived at the store to report for duty, the DSM informed me to leave as they don't have the slot available or device available. such worst management worst training a company which has all illiterate managers with them. I would suggest not to work with them.

don't use this app full of fake .After seeing this app don't got to store as pack of picker man because store managers will say that flex work will not be provided full of disappointed 😞 big fraud in this app. Flex word only fake in this app totally waste of Money charged for auto
doing flex or part time is a biggest scam this company do with the staff worked 12 hours got only 247rs. They will not give you orders first the orders goes to permanent staff then the pending orders goes to flex staff with one or two items in interval of 15 to 20 minutes. shame on this company.

Sir/Madam, koi bhi jioing maat karna fast visit I went to the Zepot Punjabi Bagh warehouse today after booking a slot, but I was not allowed to work. The manager there said there was no work available and told me to go to another warehouse. Please communicate clearly; I had joined for part-time work. If there is no work, please do not assign slots for the Punjabi Bagh warehouse. Please let me know.
Very disappointing hiring experience. The app showed an available Picker-Packer job and allowed me to book a slot after submitting my personal and bank details. However, when I visited the assigned store, I was told that no vacancies were available. This wasted my time, effort, and travel expenses. Zepto should ensure accurate job listings and better coordination with stores before inviting candidates. ⭐☆☆☆☆
This Is a complete fraud app. They will assign you. They'll make you work for them, after your work is done at zepto, the supervisor/manager tell you that the app will process the payment and if you have any payment related issue, don't bother us. Raise a ticket in the app. So I raised 4 tickets for payment not received. They didn't respond. But instead they closed the tickets buy-them selves without my consent. And the supervisor/manager at store are also unprofessional. Manners = 2/10*.
