Why not charge all one time then they got a cheek to say on first declinment on them charging u that if u don't pay u will loose your plus.

if you want something you need a 50% money from in the bank state of it taking and plus whatever the shoppings they will charge £4 75 pence plus benefit of £100 you can't possible so £10.20 if you stopping they will charge straight away 14 pounds taking so if you example if you need it shopping £20 straight away you want to pay for it £14 you need it from your bank this why we want it I didn't say it never seen him like this
Scammers
app constantly messing up, tried to fix it and my conversation with customer services go no where, they blame my bank my bank blames them. no solution and now im getting emails saying i will be charged if i dont pay what i owe but i cant get on the app to pay ...
None of their services worked for me, physically or virtually. They repeatedly insisted it was my account/card I've held over 20 years and use daily. The only service that ended up working was eBay. Everything else immediately declines without a reason. Each time you enquire, they tell you it's you. Laughable company tbh. I even logged a complaint which received a response 24h later just saying Final Decision - it's you. What a joke. Avoid like the plague.

The interest is too high and the amount they pay is very small. If you buy something for £15, they only pay £1-£2, and you pay £13-£14. Then they pay £2-£3, but interest is added, so you could end up paying around £5 extra.”
soon as you have any slight issue with payments which happens sometimes they're the most unhelpful set of jokers going, expect to pay it all back then refuse you after and never able to use the service again, if I managed to pay it all back clearly means I can so should be able to use it again.
can't change permanently the amount of paying now for more than 10 pounds
Be aware of this company. Registered as new user wanted to make a purchase, that's was straight away declined. On the rejected payment Zilch still will charge you, automatically going for refund. On the refound from the transaction that didn't took place, they will charge you. Zilch scamming people on transactions, be aware. My words of advice, don't use this company
keep stopping me use it for no reason. when ask then they well gotta wait for someone to get back hold of you. even know they know the problem. been with these for about 8 years. today I officially left them and closed down my account. way to much drama and stress
no access to other than an upgrade trial - from what, to wheŕe?
I had zilch before but I had to close it down as I didnt have email adress no more I gone start new one now it telling me I can't get it
So for the past week 3 weeks I've been trying to add my new debit card because my old one was expired. first they said there was a problem with the card because of not enough funds when there was, then it was the banks fault so after confirming with my Bank it is definitely Zilch. keep adding my card on a daily basis as zilch said there should be no issues. 3 weeks later after removing old cards, speaking to bank and Zilch they still can't link my new card. never had issues like this before.

my payments still do not reflect in my balance and I can't add it to Google wallet .. still having the same issue what is wrong with it .. balance not showing correct
The app looks great, no complaints there… clean design, modern vibe 👌 Shame it would also be nice if it actually worked. The card? Basically decorative. Every single time I want to use it, I have to contact support - even as a Plus user. Exactly the kind of “smooth experience” you expect when trying to pay 🙃 Oh, and the fees keep going up… I’m sure they’ll soon reach “premium frustration” level. Overall: nice to look at, not so nice to use.
I have been using the App for a while, until I went to do some shopping with it from Amazon UK, I press to activate my card for 2 hour, when I press Amazon, it's asking me to change country, I refuse, so it wouldn't let me go to my Amazon account until I change country. I click change country, And it change my Amazon to the USA, so now I can't use my Amazon account in UK, and it won't let me download Amazon app for UK, on this device and no one knows how to fix it, not Zilch or Amazon. 🤷
