To me this is fraud, false marketing, making false statements and I have proof of all of this. I know companies like this are a scam, but come on. do they think people are just going to ignore the extra fee taken of £1.25 in error.

update June 26 2026: Zilch do not work with Amazon Sunbscribe and save. I have hundreds of pounds worth of sunbscriptions and even if I activate the app the app will accept one payment then disables the activation. Amazon takes single payments one after the other at 2am. can we at least do something about this please for the (Plus) customers to make the app use continuous activation for at least Amazon so we do not miss out on Subscription cash back. Thank you.

can't log in to the app dispute numerous verification emails and codes being sent. can't use live chat. nightmare
absolutely horrible. got caught in an endless loop of passwords that didn't work password resets that didn't work and apps I couldn't sign into. on reflection, I'm uninstalling.
After 3 days of using it. im totally dissapointed !! if u buy something over 10£ pounds have to be Zilch partner(not much of the) than you need find him on app choose online or in store and than wait for activation.(some fees gonna come anyway) if not u gonna have additional fees on every purchase over 10£+. Tangle and Twisted...

The worst. scraping around down the bottom with Voda for the most incompetent bunch on the the net. The A.I cannot even read notes. Had an issue with returned goods which they kept taking money for, after several weeks of getting no where, I ended up paying everything off and still waiting for refund. Despite clearing the account, they have scrapped my credit, told me I am not eligible, blocked me and still trying and take money. Care!!!
Fees, credit payback access and limits are intentionally obfuscated and fluffed by the overcrowded design of the app, making the user perform the same/different actions many times. Hope that 0.1% bump in revenue was worth it. The app is genuinely deceiving and connected to other apps/banks/institutions forcing you into and ecosystem.
would rate 0 if possible the customer support is nothing more than copy and paste messages and there is no way to delete your account without giving your bank details and photo id first edit. use zable instead as they actually appreciate there customers
I just have to say no matter how good and regular you are they waiting like dogs to bite you and take fees for non reason, if you return any items from online shopping because they are broken or whatever reason they will never give you back the fees that took from you, and their system doesn't seems to work when you enable the card and choose to pay over three months if the order is more than £75 , they always charge with the excuse that you didn't enabled the card
ps can log on the app ps 20 still works for me ok get on ap very. good call no talk on the phone as well ok 😭
I wouldn't recommend Zilch and i haven't found anyone that does, plus I am 80% sure the reviews are botted
