The worst choice there is in pay later, you'd be better off with any other option. Scummiest business I've ever dealt with too. They attempt multiple increasingly smaller amount charges even if it won't cover a payment, will take any and all you've got in any linked accounts, still charge a late fee anyway and then call to hassle you about it too. They use details explicitly given for a ZipPay account for ZipMoney charges and vice versa, and even keep charging expired cards. List goes on...
I was about to clear my account. Just $1000 away to close my account, they deducted $210 saying it's an instalment fee which is top of the normal instalment fee I pay every month. These guys are rip off. The lesson I learnt is not to live on credit when it is not an emergency.
What an absolutely garbage company. Must have used some budget AI or something cause this stupid app simply doesn't work. Just takes me in circles. Type your phone number, get a code, ooo we found your account, type your number, verify code. Over and over again. Screw it I'll go download afterpay... I bet it actually works!
Zip is an abhorrent and disgraceful organisation regarding all my dealings with them! They are a bunch of terrible and awful individuals! Avoid them! Avoid them! Avoid them! The big banks are far better! Long live the big banks! Long live traditional finance!
Terrible app. doesn't let you even go over 500 now either, absolutely useless don't even bother.
app is fine. but zip in general are horrible. don't ever borrow money from them I wish I had known. they want every skeleton outta the wardrobe if you don't give it to them they literally cut you off. I highly won't recommend zip to anyone and will definitely try and not get people to sign up with zip. I'm definitely taking my money elsewhere. I don't even wanna give a star. but have to, to get this seen

High fees and impossible to remove yourself from their system. Closed my account years ago and still getting emails to this day.
constantly having trouble with the app loading and not being able to access it at all.
Unsuable, just keeps sending me in a loop of "what do you want to log into -> enter mobile -> enter verification code -> login with email and password -> what do you want to log into". Poor app.
low spending limits and sht customer service
Don't recommend. This company stuff you around, no real people to speak too. Can't follow directions on debit dates even with email correspondence with real people.

I tried to create an account which I can't even make and account cause I have to either have passport or driver's licence which I have neither don't really need any of them ATM they should have an option for birth certificate or something else like that for people who don't have a licence or never traveled and needed a passport

This app is TERRIBLE. Completely useless. need ID verification to get into the app but won't compute the camera access it has to do so. Do yourself and everyone else a favour and get better app developers. What a joke of a app.

zip pay took an extra 20 dollars out of my account when I bought a voucher .. it took 70 for 50 dollar voucher and because the stupid app doesn't show it was taken i miss out on 20 of my own money.. what company doesn't no what's happening with my money.. thats just ridiculous..
having problems with app all the time , just get a white blank screen when i tap on my profile and when i try to pay early..Please fix. can't even get my card to come up on screen.. 🤦♀️
charging double money no customer service
Impossible to login and register with the app. I have tried 364 times to register with this app. All it loves doing is coming up incorrect information. plus it takes forever to download the app.
they can't even send you a code. than then if you're rocky enough to get the code, send you an email or message afterward useless

Terrible, I have been charged fees when the app clearly shows nothing owing. lodge a complaint as the app shows 1 thing and the statements show something different. Fix you app or your statements so the match. Make sure you check your statements only realised I have been paying a monthly fee $9.95 for months without anything owing on the app, but apparently $9 outstanding on the account statements and wont refund the fees.
app is broken wont function even after remove and reinstall and customer support is only mon-friday 9-5
they locked me out because apparently they thought someone else was trying to get into my zip but nobody was. they lied saying they'd unlock my account after completing the id verification thing. i did all that and they ended up closing my account telling me to never sign up with them again
App access is now contingent upon users agreeing to allow the company to see every other app installed on their system. Maybe other apps do this without my knowledge and I'm just ignorant, but this seems like an unreasonable invasion of privacy to me. I do not consent and as such I am locked out of the app.
half a star and that's generous - doesn't let you repay how you like - takes multiple payments out at once - will not be recommending or using again

this app is complicated
Was Unable to apply for no reason. Spent about an hour trying to figure why is wasn't logging in to my bank, so I reset my password, got through that wall to end up not being accepted with no vindication of why, other than it is not possible create a new account at the moment. Which would be fine if I didn't have to wait 12 months to apply again.
After 2 weeks i closed my account bcuz of incompetence by staff and manager Andrew..ZIP got me for $10 with no other fault than their incompetence..No wonder the share price has fallen once again.
Incredibly frustrating with the constant 2 or even 3 step verification any time you want to do something. Also, would not allow me to close my account despite having a zero balance for many months. The deliberate run around designed to frustrate people wanting to close this credit account has to be illegal.

i would not recommend ZIP to family ,friends ,or an enemy.No customer service and employees dont know answers and just a big waste of time..Now selling ZIP shares as customer base is declining as the stuff around everyone gets on a monthly basis..No more support from me.

awful app just constantly sending me through a loop of supplying my number and sending a code, I put it in and nothing changes its disgusting, once I put it in it then reverts back to asking me for my number again

keep pestering me about a bill I paid last week and I will end my own life just so you never see a cent more. dear staff who replied you may care about what I have to say. your internal policies and Bureaucracy does not. I pray nobody at zip ever has a similar few months to the ones I've had. goodbye
every time I use this app I have to log in even after enabling biometrics. it's so annoying I want to uninstall and never buy with you again.
it won't even let me sign up. I can't get past the sign up part with d.o.b

Why are you suddenly requiring biometric authentication AND SMS everytime I want to log in? Such an unintuitive experience.
The new app causes white screen after press zimoney or zippay menu, please fix this bug
