I've been with zip for a few years all of a sudden last year it ask me to identify that it's me. Then all of a sudden i had to call customer service to change my phone number i tried everything so I left this app alone. three or four months later still couldn't get it too work. Monday 5/4/26 I tried it again everything went fine and it declined me for a installment loan. I give up I'm uninstalling I continue with Klarna,Seezle, money lion, Brigit etc.i thought you were a buy now pay later
BEWARE!! Zip will allow a subscription to go through without your concent or authorization and take money from your bank account! I received an email from Zip on 4/10 promoting how to use Zip for subscriptions. It specifically states "We'll REQUIRE you to confirm your payment plan before each renewal" NOT TRUE & I didn't! Its been more than 2 weeks and they have locked my account and charging late fees for a transaction I didn't authorize. Has this happened to anyone else? CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT!
can't get into my app and no customer service NOT 1 TECH SUPPORT PERSON TO HELP YOU AND THEN THEY HANG UP ON YOU BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE A CLUE HOW TO HELP YOU GET INTO THE APP. THEY HANG UP ON YOU BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS AND THEIRS EITHER APPARENTLY. IF IS JUST NOT GOING TO BE WORTH GETTING BECAUSE YOU CAN'T LOGIN AFTER YOU SET UP BIOMETRIC FOR YOUR SAFETY AND IT DISAPPEARED FROM MY APP
Well as much as I did love using ZIP, im highly disappointed. When they came out with the pay in 8, I was super happy to be able to make slightly bigger purchases especially around the holidays without cleaning out my bank account. But all because I missed ONE payment by a few minutes and it was a second to the last payment they took away the pay in 8 option from me without getting it back. Ive always paid everything on time or early. I'll pay off what I have left and switch over to sezzle
not agreeing to terms and conditions it wanted all information and agreement for a credit pull and a bunch of other nonsense, be sure to read terms of service agreement and the fine print
they will take your first payment and not send confirmation or anything. no order history un app either but will take your money . you can't get ahold of anyone through the chat so im warning anyone's who reads to stay away. com0lete scam!!
150 bucks isn't worth splitting tbh, I make about 120k a year so I have zero need for anything less than 1000, occasionally just to split it up to keep money earning interest. 150 I'd just pay it.

no longer support this app.. purchases always get declined since tha virtual card update and has become more of a pain then convenience.
