since the last silly update reports don't work. just hangs with white screen or the logo being animated. Can you sort as this is getting frustrating. reached out to customer services and she said to delete the app and reinstall. worked and then the same. on android.

Buggy, info you enter isnt available every time, tried to use it for invoicing, most emailed invoices get sent to spam or vanish, they were no help on this matter. I tried to download backups to use elsewhere, errors with every file, couldn't extract anything, they said "we'll look in to it" 5 days ago, still no response. if you want to mail an invoice, we'll be prepared to edit the address, because their format isn't compatible with USPS labeling. They don't care, and they won't help.

searching for an item or customer is so tough, you have to type the full name of the item or party from the start. can't search by any remember keywords.

We would like to highlight certain system limitations. While payment and receipt entries can be edited, the customer or vendor cannot be changed once a voucher is created. Additionally, for transactions involving the same party (both sales and purchases), separate ledgers are required, resulting in separate statements and the need for manual calculation of net payable or receivable amounts.

is there customer service? I've generated invoices for the past 10 years and i don't have access to ZOHO INVOICES anymore.. IT REDIRECTS ME TO ZOHO BOOKS... I REGISTERED, BUT I DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO ALL OF MY CLIENTS THAT I HAD.WHEN I USED ZOHO INVOICE.
