Absolutely terrible!!! The restaurants all defraud you and take your money for free.
worst customer service
worst delivery app and the experience with Zomato is too bitter..there is no proper resolution of customer issue...charges are more ...and the price of food is more than the original food menu price of restaurants.... Swiggy is better than zomato. .there is no proper way to communicate with customer care..
Orders are getting accepted and then the restaurants called us to get it cancelled, while zomato customer support has limited robotic replies to the real life problems which are awful...order cancellation after acceptance not only blocks our money but waste our time for reordering.
worst app.... can't deliver a food on time..lootera you guys are
