very bad experience used the application 2 times rejected both time just because of profile picture and even they don't refund the amount of contract 1299 ₹ it's a scam

Very Bad Support, facing Many issues related to Ui and AD campaigns, raised several complaint tickets but no resolution yet.
They charge the restaurant for ads which they didn't even opt for. how can you charge for ads when we have not put on ads at all.

Most unprofessional & corrupt company of India. They are just a professional fraud. No service, No support. They just made their terms & conditions which they never follow. Their whole system is made to take our hard earned money.

very disappointed from the side of zomato because I have payment issue from our partner app . customer service exicutive not taking mobile after tell this complaint.
pathetic app, on Android every second it sends unnecessary notifications, waiting for order, disabled battery optimisation, even if you clear the notification as soon as you clear sends another notification. worst 40/50 notification per minute, pathetic, please correct this

Worst experience as a restaurant partner. Offers and coupon codes are getting auto-applied without my consent, with very high merchant share. As a small business, I cannot afford this. Because of this, I was forced to cancel orders and even close my outlet, leading to direct financial loss. No proper option to disable these offers and no timely support response. This is completely unfair to restaurant partners.

this app is really scammer we sold about more than 26000 in a week but we only got 17720 I don't really understand. All are profit was taken by Zomato please do not use this app. they are really really scammer. They will charge you in everything, they will take more than 35% in commission and if customer cancel order we only got less then 10%. Trust me don't use this app. They cut from hyperpure we donot take anything with debt from hyperpure we just bought goods from hyperpure but they still..

जोमाटो एक स्कैम है , ऑन बोर्ड फी 1850 लगे , एड फी लगे और फिर भी आपका एड 200 से 250 लोगो के रेस्टोरेंट के बाद दिखेगा डेली हज़ारो सेलेर ऑन बोर्ड होते है , स्टाफ कोई हेल्प नहीं करता या घंटे घंटे कॉल नहीं मिलेगा , 35% कमीशन 15% एड एक्सपेंसेस और आर्डर स्टार्टिंग में 3 या 4 फिर ठन ठन गोपाल ! जोमाटो पार्टनर के नाम पर गरीब सलेर्स को लूट रहा है ! कुछ भी करलो टाइम से खोलो या बंद करो , रिजल्ट सम !! scammmmer
completely absent support. you only get your calls picked up and tickets answered when you have not paid them. once you have paid them, 0 support. No one picks your calls and no one replies to your tickets.

pahle app bahut achhi thi but abhi zomato to pura control apne aap le liya hai,na hum rate increase or decrease kar sakte na offer apne according lga sakte,zomato khud se he offer activate kar dete hai bina permission k, Itna he jyada pta hai zomato ko to khana bhi khud bna kar deliver kar de restaurant ki kya jarurat hai. Restaurant walo ko bevkoof bnayaa huva h abhi kuchhh time se to bilkul loot macha rakhi hai.
very bad experience as they are scammer because after getting after doing sale of inr 48000 in 3 weeks we just received inr 14200 as payout and they have deducted more than fixed percentage of ads in grow maxx ads and you had commission rate of 36% so we are just left with 29% of the total sales where it will be impossible to manage all the expenses of the restaurant and not even one person salary is getting covered so it is useful to do business with zomato i recommend don't do with zomato.

Don't know what is wrong with your application always shows , we are having trouble reconnecting try relaunching. even if we reload restart even activate the floating widget within 2-3 says the same again and again please fix this I guess the orders also stop because of it . if someone else is also feeling the same do write it.
