so many deductions, only half of the amount you will get , it's just like 50 50 . for 100 rs thing u will get only 50rs. which is very disappointing

Onboarding Fee is too much that is ₹10000 rupees with no option to disable it. They are just playing monopoly. It's better to get on Swiggy as it's only ₹1780. I hope Zomato lowers its onboarding fee so that new restaurants can easily do their business online .
I hate Zomato always taking commision more than 30 - 35 % and showing we will not take commission more than 30 % this is really feel like a trap pata nhi itne sare 5 star review kaha se rahe hai

Worst customer service ever. All the delivery issues is counted in your mistake and makes rating worst. if you are not able to deliver something within time then make provision for it. instead of taking hard earned money from restaurant in the name of winback.
Very poor partner support, delayed payouts, technical glitches, and no proper issue resolution. Small restaurant partners suffer the most.

worse kind of customer service. Ai everything no human contact .just one and for every ques ticket raised will check and arrange call within 24-48 hrs and then ticket closed automatically. I haven't rec'd any payout and no one is explaining the reason I closed my restaurant from so long coz not finding the relatable reasn but still ai is mentioning one thing it's out of stock
this is the worst company i request to no body register in this company they don't have any communicator a local language it's been Month i request to call back the kannada language known person but they didn't. even they don't have stuff on local area they won't give any preference to the customer a worst experience and worst service their giving it.
In motorola edge 60 pro notifications is not working. Kinky fix this issue.

worst features in this app i am using it since 1 year but now from updating it gets worse i have to manually on the app online if I don't open app and do so my restaurant will be offline and in offline also person can give order but doesn't get any notification and then they give penalty for rejecting order

New partner don't be created your account this platform totally scamer team , your payout if sale 10000 in hand 2000 received otherwise not show your restaurant on this platform RID 22567336 fake review genrated , team not supported if any issue related payout my view if your add show first 1 to 20 totally loss or scame this platform to all - totally fake and scam platform
They deduct 50-60% of amount from your payout but give only breakup for 30-35% amount
