I have to rewrite my review from when I first got this app because for months it has been saying your session has expired. I have spent a lot of money on this app and spent hours working on songs and generating. I have tried clearing the cache, uninstalling and installing. I have tried to reach out to the support team. Nothing works. I am very disappointed in this and have moved elsewhere to make my music. The worst part of it all, I lost all of my music I was so proud of.
I paid for a yearly subscription and it locked me out after 2 months. it is IMPOSSIBLE to get human help. I send multiple emails complaining and haven't had one reply.

I paid for a year, but I can't download or generate songs,and I got 600 credit but can't use it,I'm not happy, I spent thousands on this app since I use this
10 songs a week for £5! got a refund from google playstore through google. nice try but rubbish.

I’ve had repeated billing issues with this app. Payments go through, but credits are not replenished. At first, reinstalling the app temporarily fixed it, but now that doesn’t work at all. I was charged again and still have no credits, while the app shows another renewal coming up. I also paid for a yearly subscription, which stopped syncing after an update. Now I’m being forced into weekly charges, which is far more expensive than what I originally paid for.

I started at 5* now we're at 1*. I have 2 subscriptions. one ends on the 20th Jan 27 and the other the 8th April 27. I can't access my tracks to download and have been unable to contact customer services. please, sort this out. I still can't connect my new phone to my old account and cross device switching is not working. Subscription restore not working.
my voice is still being trained 12 hours later. I can't add my voice to anything or generate a song when I upload my voice or music and lyrics, nothing generates, only the image 1; i made 1 song with that and it was terrible and I've 6o credits left! £4.99 for what?
if it starts by demanding you pay a ton of money to use the service, I refuse.

do not get this app customer service is worthless they never answer I been trying to get back into my account and no one ever replied to my emails.i paid for. years subscription o bought a lot of credits I need back in my account!

I have used this app for a while as help to express myself, and the fact the update made the prices go up over twice as much as the original is ridiculous and disappointing majorly.
