All the refunds he promised were a scam. I repeatedly told them that this software’s membership severely slowed down my internet speed and interfered with my other normal network usage. I communicated with them for a long time, yet all I got were robotic, template replies, and they still refused to process my refund. This software is absolutely terrible to use.
Absolute scam that you can only cancel automatic renewal through Play Store app and not Zoog itself. VPN didn't work in China either, worst money ever spent.

tryed 200 times nothing worked and brought to many adds in the 5 min that I was in app it brought 10 ads like omg you should banned these vans like what other country needs vpn to access everything wich is iran and I'm there and 0 out of 0 😱

the vpn is not connecting and take so much time and can't connect only show connecting. This is pathetic I pay for subscription and now it's not even working once. I'm connecting it to India server.
Unfortunately, Zoog VPN is finished in Russia. It's been down for more than 10 days already and it seems that they are not able to overcome the blockage
many servers indeed, but all of them are bad and unstable... paid for the membership believing that I will get my refund if I don't like it, I was wrong. they don't give you the refund if you ask for it. So it's a scam! be careful
It does not work in China. Don't waste your time and money. You're welcome.
Очень рад за людей(не ботов в комментах), у которых работает. У меня было так: Сначала несколько минут рекламы. Потом ещё попыток пять коннекта - не без рекламы, и только посте удаление очередной пустышка.
It takes a long time to connect. It takes a long time to open and close the app, and you have to watch ads. If you have more time or are patient, give it a try.
