horrible experience. waited 30 min just to tell me my ride has been reassigned. then an hour later, 90 min from the beginning to tell me I can't ride it. totally wonderful first time experience
they are advertising rides in SF, but it is not available. False advertising
Unacceptable. It kept showing me the point I was supposed to go to, but every time I took a step in the right direction it was off. (Samsung user) Needs better instructions.
app is ridiculous
Not a great experience here in Vegas. There aren't many pick up spots, and where they are seem like random places most people won't go. It also wasnt intuitive that the place markers on the map actually are the pick up spots. They look like just normal landmarkers on maps. The app itself was clean and sleek though.
