I see so much spam from it and it is never available even where they claim to be available. What is the point of the product if it is not ready?
All these influencers act like, you can just hop on anytime. They are NEVER available.
Every time I open the app, it says they are busy and check back later! I've been in Vegas 4 days now and haven't been able to use it one time, and I have tried multiple times a day. SO my suggestion is to allow people to schedule pick ups as add WAY more vehicles and vehicles that can carry 6 or more people.

I open the app and put my hotel name in the app one right where it was even mapped out my journey from newyorknewyork to the holiday inn vacations club 13 minutes of me dancing and singing all good feelings left when I see my ride is ending at a hotel I'm not staying at and have no clue. so a service guy helps by yelling me I'll have to walk the rest of the way a 40b min walk in Vegas alone as a woman i said no way not safe not what we agreed
terrible... you can never get a ride. there is no choice to book a ride later. you see them everywhere empty. don't waste your time.
it never has availability. I've tried over 20 times at different times of the day and it says it is unavailable. pointless app.
"It's busy - ride requests are briefly unavailable Thanks for bearing with us as we complete trips for other riders. Please try again later" since May 9 morning into June 13 1:25 pm (as of writing) -- been checking every couple of hours. "Please hang on or check back in a few minutes" becomes hour(s). Customer support chat agent "connected" and then IMMEDIATELY end the chat and give me a feedback survey. You guys warranted a 0 star on all the feedback thus far. It was solid, now? It's a joke.
Went to Vegas from June 5-7 and the availability was almost never in the evening or late afternoon. I couldn't use this once when needed. I don't know how they prioritize customers but I definitely won't be one.
