The worst credit card company I've ever used. Randomly moved my payment date to an earlier one without notice (making it so I had to pay twice then in the same pay cycle), then when I spoke to them to fix it they made an error and set my payment date to the 5th not the 25th. Then made it very difficult to complain. Useless customer service. Useless complaints team. Avoid at all costs unless you want to put your finances at risk.

badly designed user interface, just too confusing with a number of different types of accounts and hubs. bad user experience.

The app was excellent until it was updated. It used to open (after the biometrics) then show me the current balance on my account, up coming payments etc., now it just opens into adverts for their other accounts no way to see the details of my account (balance, payments, settlement fees). It's so bad, I want to close this account and go elsewhere (it really is that poor - whoever designed this upgrade should be sacked)
Garbage app. Unable to use biometrics to log in, constantly asking for pin number, then asks do i want to set up biometrics again. Then next log in; same again - rinse & repeat. Will be glad to be finally rid of Zopa.
I setup a standing order for my rent weeks in advance. On the day my rent was due Zopa blocked the payment saying they think it's a scam.
I regret getting the credit card. Can't shop online, every transaction fails even after typing the code and verifying in the app. Contacted support to remove any blocks, even then it still fails. Just tried to shop online at tesco right now but this poor credit card failed. Will be cancelling this pointless credit card, wish I didn't apply for it because the application will affect my credit report
They said i'm qualified for a loan after i applied they rejected the loan and done a hard search on my credit file what a joke of a company, be careful with them, btw my credit card is still on £300 limit never got a raiae even if i paid always in time..

Terrible app, terrible customer service. I am 29 years old, have never encountered a tech issue, I am trying to register my account. After uploading my selfie the app will not allow me to upload a photo of my passport. My passport is less than 1 years old (issued June 2025). The app wants to perfectly scan my passport, allegedly to sell the data later as the company that does the ID checks keeps all photos for maximum 557 days.
I opened an account, transferred some money in, and tried to open the 7% savings account. The app said the payment system wasn't working. Never seen that before on a banking app. As soon as it was working, I transferred my money back out. No thanks.
these were brilliant till I noticed they take money off the credit card daily its only about 87p or around that a day but they dont tell you and I didn't notice till recently

Avoid at all costs. They are set up to ensure you get fined monthly by taking direct debit payment up to seven days beige the due date NO OTHER BANK DOES THIS I wish I'd never signed up, have already destroyed my card. Likely I will get a reply asking me to contact them, I have done this already. changed my direct debit date, they took my payment on same date (now ten days before).
I'm trying to open a new account. I can't get past the step where it asks you to opt into their offers and advertising stuff. If I click on No Thanks, the app closes and if I click on Sure, I'm In it shows a blank grey screen with a progress bar stuck at 7/8. If I close the app and reopen it, it asks me to start all over again. This is the first time I entered my email here. So, it's not a blacklisting issue or anything like that.

Absouloute diabolical app opened an account and put money in it sent money to family then they reatricted my account and wanted to know who they are and how long ive known them deffinetly dont uae this app
app used to be fine but at some point a year or so ago when they did a rework the app because horrendously laggy and unusable, i have a high end phone so it's just vibecoded bs seemingly
doesn't work, tried multiple weeks apart, get my OTP and then says something went wrong their end. no error code, nothing.

Never got the help needed. The customer support team is just not informed enough to deal with specific situations. High Street banks and even online banks like monzo have been better for me and guidelines are in line with home office should a specific situation arise.
the app seems broken recently. takes forever to start up them constantly spams saying the app is stuck and it needs to be force closed. very annoying

I do not have a zopa credit card .but keep getting statement email, I dont even have the app on my phone what can I do?

Well, I've always been happy with Zopa, but, having just opened a boosted cash ISA, i can't add money to it through my normal linked bank account .... ok, so i go on the chat help thing.... what a frustrating experience 3 days on and off trying to get it sorted, keep changing operators, then get, how can I help today, so you tell them and waste time waiting, then they change operator and you get... "how can I help you today" ARRRRGGGHHH sooo frustrating and to date its STILL not resolved.
