Can’t find the option to cancel the subscription
Even though the app is decent, I am giving this app only 1 star because there is no option to cancel the subscription. I can’t find the app on my Apple Store subscription list or any options to manage the subscription within the app. I searched online and there is no direct answer. It feels like the app is designed to trap its users.

I downloaded there other Spanish app recently. I did not agree to a 1 year subscription for $80!!! This is absurd and this company should not be allowed to get away with this! When I downloaded the app to try it out it gave a list of different subscription options that would take place after the free trial. I did not and would not have ever selected one year for an app that I’ve never tried especially for $80! I tried 2x to appeal this decision and was denied. They made a false AD. It seemed like they provide lessons with movie subtitles. But it is just bunch of vocab practices worse than so many free lessons. The free trial is a lie. Once you try it, you have to pay at least $60 for this trash app. They don’t do any customer service and cannot cancel the service. I tried to find this app’s subscription to cancel but I cannot find this app whatsoever because they made the payment system like installment, not the subscription way. It is made for fraud. All the good reviews are made on their side. Trust me. Don’t even try this app.
