A terrible app
It's a very, very bad software. I tried to upload my American passport, but I was told that I couldn't register. I tried it all night. Finally, I called the customer service hotline. They didn't have English service. I couldn't understand what the staff was saying. The next day, I went to the station to buy tickets and was told that it didn't work. It was very, very bad. Worst App Ever
It's extremely not friendly to foreiners. If your system language is English, the app keeps crashing when you try to register. It just crashes and it never push a notification that you need to change your language (to yes, register). It's not a matter if I WANT to learn mandarin.
Besides, traditional Chinese characters are not recognized when typing in train station names. Literally I need to translate from traditional Chinese to simple Chinese using another app. And I will not add a new keyboard simply because of this trash app.
