Logining in
I’ve changed my old phone number to the current one I’m using and I’m still having issues. It won’t call me no matter how many times I presss it and it won’t give me the text option.
Worthless now
App sucks now that business accounts have been removed. Who wants two different apps for the same bank? You just took the convenience out of banking with you.

Fix the app 1st source!!! I try to send rent and I look like trash to my landlord for not being able to send it due to your horrible app being down.

Unreliable
Sometimes the app works and an hour later it has lost connection to all bank accounts. Tried everything. Disappointing.
Keeps kicking me out the app
Everytime i open the app and wanna go to zelle or access my money it kicks me out of the app and takes me about 4-5 attempts for it to stay in the app and do what i want it to do fix this its been happening for 2 months

Most worthless bank I’ve ever known
Tried to go local as opposed to doing business with a bigger national bank and couldn’t regret it more! They flashed my account for fraud in 2022 and can’t specifically answer as to why so I’m unable to do any bank to bank or wire transfers. Save yourself the time and bank somewhere else!!!
Fraud protection non existent
We had our identities stolen about a week ago (we had them stolen in January as well. Just got our new cards last month and they were stolen again. We don’t shop online besides amazon). Have made several calls to get a stop payment and investigation to which they say they can’t stop. Once it’s posted they may be able to investigate. So we have to knowingly let them steal my hard earned money before they’ll do anything. Then MAYBE I’ll get my money back in a few months. We are pulling our money and going elsewhere. Not to mention their horrible fraud protections work hours are next to nothing. So when we catch an issue they’re already closed. And there is nothing you can do in the app to stop them from stealing my money. Times are way too hard to have to watch someone openly steal my hard earned money to a bank that shrugs and says oops sowwy 🤷🏼♂️

90% of the time this is what it says, We are unable to display your information at this time. Please try again later. App barley works. Absolute junk.
Transaction listings are a joke
I have multiple debit cards and many credit cards and I have never seen any other company that doesn't give real time transaction info. Nights and weekends included. With First source it's always guess work every night and all weekend.
Check deposit
The check deposit technology is horrible- my checks are always bouncing back because the app takes the image in black and white and by doing so, the image looses the majority of detail. Which is the reason my checks won’t be deposited. Very frustrating. Chase and Wells Fargo are a dream in comparison but I prefer to bank small. Please fix this issue!
WARNING! For the people who do all there deposits mobile
Do not use first source if you are going to deposit checks through the app. They hold you check for a week and when it finally “processes” they hold it even more time after that. Just a warning. There wait time is crazy..
Great at first
Only works on the first phone you use it with. App reset on new or other phone doesn’t work making it completely useless. Still useless resets months later. This app is worthless if u switch phones or forget log in.
Terrible App
I have been banking with 1st source for over 30 years and this app is going to be the last straw. It will never work for a mobile deposit and then you have to take the endorsed check into a branch. I called customer service and their answer “just keep trying it will eventually work”. Well after 500 tries I’m done and first thing tomorrow I’m looking for a new bank.
Poor poor app
Please just look at Wells Fargo or chase and you can see how poor this one is. It’s really quite bad. I know you must be trying but to improve look at these two and mirror there’s. That would be awesome.

This app looks like I’d find it on a iPhone 4. I can’t even freeze my card from it. Only banked with them cause they were closest to my work👎🏻 poor decision
No good bank
They like take money an add extra 36$ fee like 3 times in less then 24hrs. I would never again banking with em at all.

Not a direct issue with the app. But anytime I get my account fixed, my wife's access is blocked. And vice versa

The app needs improvement. It does not run well in iOS.
Recent update bugs V2025.05.00.01
After my app updated I cannot click the Zelle or transfer money section without it kicking me out of the app completely. I am not sure if it is for any other of the “Manage Money” sections or not. I have tried to restart my phone, close out the app and reopen it, and made sure my internet connection was good before I tried. Very very inconvenient. I hope this is fixed soon.
Zelle doesn’t work
This is the second time I’ve went to send someone money and Zelle doesn’t work. This is only an issue with 1st Source Bank. No other bank has this issue. Makes me want to close this account.
New version 😠
This new version of the app is not user friendly. The old one would at least subtract your pending transactions, but this new version doesn’t so you have to do the math yourself. Since I don’t use a checkbook, I don’t have a ledger to look at. I want the old version back. Don’t like it at all!!! 😠
Check photos
The photo portion is garbage. Often won’t allow the image. Turns 2020 technology into 1970s photo. Just let the camera do the work or let folks upload the photo they took of the check. Won’t tell you why it won’t accept the picture just a pain.
