CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE
The subscription auto renewed with no warning and I didn’t even use the app and upon requesting a refund I quickly found out that this app is not even ran by real people! When you email their fake customer support about an issue you just get an automated response no matter what and they don’t handle your issue at all! They don’t even issue refunds themselves because real people aren’t running it, they want you to go through the process of trying to get your money back that THEY TOOK all by yourself. Absolutely pathetic, LITERALLY DOWNLOAD ANY OTHER 21 QUESTIONS APP IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THIS ONE. NOT WORTH THE DOWNLOAD, QUESTIONS ARE LAME AND BORING WHICH IS WHY I NEVER ACTUALLY USED IT.
