Scam
Turns out free actually means $91. I signed up for a free month trial to check out the gym. I was charged $70 after 2 weeks that can’t be refunded. When I tried to cancel the membership I was told it can’t be done online and then I got rerouted to different places and people multiple times over several days only to find out they charge you another $21 to cancel your free trial membership without even telling you. Don’t believe the scum.
SCAMMERS!!
I explicitly told them not to connect my card and asked if I could pay in cash. They said yes. I was going to pay $20 on the card and $230 in cash, but when the payment didn’t go through, they told me to come back tomorrow. I clearly instructed them NOT to charge my card and that I would return another day.
Three days later, they took the full amount out of my card without any alert, notification, or permission. Terrible service and dishonest billing practices. Do not trust them with your card.

Can’t upload photo

Cannot Change Clubs When Booking Coaching
Horrific app. Cannot change clubs when selecting a coaching section because the back button lays right over the Clubs button. Causing you to exit the menu entirely. Beyond unacceptable and a horrible app design.
Does not reflect closed location
My gym has been closed for repairs for 4 days and the app has said it’s open the whole time. What is the app even for?

The app is what you need to log in at the gym. Great. There are a bunch of tools it has that most people don’t need an a few that are useful like schedules.
It stays logged in to attend the gym but the second you want to work on the billing or issues they have you log in again. Clearly trying to avoid you canceling your membership.

shampoo
I forgot to bring my shampoo from home. I used the shampoo from your bathrooms, and my hair got all tangled up. It's a terrible shampoo, what a shame.
The app won’t open on iPad
This app won’t run on my iPad. I’ve removed and reinstalled it a couple of times, but with the same result, I.e., a full screen image is displayed, and that’s it. There are no visible links or menus, so it’s useless.
Can’t sign in
Just downloaded the app on my iPad however it can’t get beyond the pic of the guy that come up . No where to sign in etc HELP

OH my God trying to use the touch less check in and the barcode doesn’t even show up it’s so annoying that I have to go to the front desk tell them my info and then go to the gym
Listen to your customers.
Some of us just want something simple that works on check-in. Don't give us excuses that people don't want the brightness to automatically turn up to scan the QR code. Don't spam us when we already pay way too much money for your overpriced clubs.
If this QR code automatic brightness issue doesn't get fixed, I'm cancelling my membership. This mediocre gym chain (on a good day) has been teetering on water for the last 12 years I have been overpaying for it. It's absolutely an unreasonable request for us to have to manually brighten our iPhone displays because the app cannot do it automatically when the QR code is displayed, like every other competently developed application (airlines, venue tickets, restaurants, clubs, everything...) does. This is nonsense. The developers of this app deserve to be laid off.

Garbage
I am required to use this app to scan in every day when I go to the gym. Not only does it take more than 20 seconds to load, it now pops up ads whenever I first open it for the day. What a disgrace.
Just got the app..
The photos that I’ve had to take and I still can’t get past the photograph part of the app is ridiculous and it makes me wanna go ahead and just cancel the whole goddamn thing

This app, which I have to have to get into the gym where I pay for a membership, is now showing me stupid ads. It comes up when I’m using the check in feature. I hold up my phone to the reader and nothing happens. I pull the phone back and there’s an ad on the screen for a dumb energy drink; which I have to click to close. This is unacceptable.
Could never log in
I have a membership, paid 200 for a year, doesn’t let me set a profile picture to let me check into the gym, it always says error try again later, tried reinstalling the app, now it won’t let me log in at the app all
Checkin History
The view has changed when looking at Checkin History. Calendar view only shows the Sunday and Monday of every week of the month. You have to change it to list view and the date and time are all crunched together. It’d be nice if it was back to the old viewing style.

Once I install the app and then I set up the Apple iWatch integration with this app right after closing this app, even scrolling from one page on my phone to the second and the third page was extremely slow. I had to go into the background app, refresh options in the settings and disable background. Apple fresh for this application to be able to regain the performance back on my iPhone 17 Pro. 2) when we open the app sometimes the app takes 1-2 mins to open up and sometimes it comes up in 10 seconds. 3) when we click on upcoming events nothing happens since you must click on the word upcoming events or you must click on the arrow next to the words but if you click anywhere between the words and the arrow then nothing happens. Such a poorly designed app. Someone needs to review their design strategy. Happy to report they support dark mode tho.
Error uploading profile pic blocks Gym Check-in
I can’t get my check-in barcode because an erro occurs when I’m uploading my profile pic. I can’t go to the gym now; that app sucks!

Worst app I’ve ever used.
This app has an onboarding flow (which is totally fine), but no matter how many times you complete it, it will ALWAYS resurface every single time you open the app.
It behaves as if it’s your first time and goes through a 7-8 step flow.
This is insanely heinous when you’re trying to just pull up your check-in QR code (which is also a nightmare if your internet isn’t good at your gym).
If you’re gonna design horrendous UX, at least let people add their code to their Apple wallet to use separately from the app.

Forced Profile Updates Every Time, Common Issue
App forces me, and others I know, to update profile and preferences every time I open it. It’s already harvesting so much user data & diagnostics. Why do I have to spend 2 minutes updating a profile and selecting a picture EVERY TIME when I get to the gym? Let me work out like I paid for, stop trying to sell me stuff, and fix this egregious application! I used to just enter my phone number, and staff would look at my picture… this is horrendous. It was easier to workout during 2021.
Resets to setup each time
The app suxx immensely. I have purchased membership and installed it to use for club access. Each time I launch it, it resets into setting my profile, taking my photo etc. And when I tried to log the issue to the app support, it says wrong login to my member code and to my phone number. So it impossible to report the bug. The Product lead and developers of this app are unprofessional and lack the skills, obviously. One star is way too much for it.
Never ending same popups to check in
You have to answer the same questions or skip all of them every single time you want to just check into the gym. Worst design ever.
Update is Unusable
I’ve been using it since the summer and I’ve loved all the workout lists/videos available. BUT, with the new update I can no longer listen to my favorite workout audio & play something else on my phone without the workout immediately pausing. I used to be able to leave a youtube video on in the background or listen to music on the same device while I did my workout, but it’s not possible any more. It’s definitely turned me off from using any workout features on the app
Recent update SUCKS!
The latest update changed the way video workouts play, and it is terrible. You used to be able to play the workout in the background and control volume independently. This let you watch your own shows on Netflix, etc, while the workout played quietly. Now it’s one or the other. If you open Netflix, the workout video stops. If you play the workout, Netflix stops. Even if you want to listen to your own music, you cannot control the volume of the workout. It’s either on or off. If you turn up your music volume, the workout is shouting at you. Please revert back to the old in-app media player - it was so much more user friendly.
Horrible update
The new update is absolutely horrible. Can no longer play music in the background when running the app or watch video while doing workouts. Why would you eliminate one of the best features?

Check-in no longer available
Since 1.82, the check-in icon to create a QR scan in is no longer available. Also, why is there no swimming workout option?
Update broke it
Exact same issues as other review. Can’t update workouts, calendar mode is broken on ios.
Annual renewal garbage
Decent app but throwing an annual renewal charge at your account each year at double the cost of your membership is scummy. There’s no justification beyond lining their pockets with extra cash.
Latest update not so great
The latest update of the app has broken the calendar function. Adds classes to calendar ok but you can’t get them off. Notices come through about scheduling changes as they used to but there is no way to remove a cancelled class from your calendar. Used to work great but not anymore.
Trash update
Can no longer check in to the club via the app. Now they want my fingerprints again to touch checkin. 24 hour has become such a scam company it’s absolutely not even worth signing up again. FYI- you can’t remove your credit card info from their database at all. You have to connect with their horrible customer service. Avoid 24 hour. Find another gym who won’t rip you off
