Unplayable after a certain point
Game was so fun, my game got reset after spending a ton of money and now I’m on level 380 and it’s literally not playable without spending money. Events are the only thing that make me still play, and after about 5 levels those require pay to win as well. Cannot play this game without spending money. Ridiculous.
Awful glitches
I’ve been playing this game a while and even bought the no ads thing but the past week or two, it’s been moving at a snails pace (pop ups exiting out a full 10 seconds after clicking the X and tiles moving down 8 seconds after clicking them rather than immediately like they used to). Not sure if this has been an issue for anyone else but losing this game that was part of my daily routine for a while because of glitches/slow performance is really disappointing.

Ads are an unavoidable: user-nonfrienfly game now
In the very beginning I paid to never have ads, and the game is unplayable without watching some adds. Or even better if you stuck and have to watch an add to get some of the necessary boosts, the game tells you that unfortunately they don’t have any available ads and you have no other option but to start all over again.

Used to be fun, now it is unplayable. Constantly freezing and so many pop ups.
Fun when it works
I was up to level 349 when I was all most complete then my screen went blank and I had to start all over again and this had happened 5 times during my levels. Do I deleted my app now lm starting over again
This used to be my favorite game, but…
The developers are so focused on mini challenges - yknow, the ones that you have to keep paying obscene amounts of money for if you want to play - that they’ve completely stopped adding new levels to the main game. Which would be fine, if I could go back and replay the old levels, but there is no option to do that anymore. I understand that most games make their profit off of in-app purchases, and I’m not against it, but these are truly the most obnoxious and money hungry people on the app store. Best part is, they won’t care about this review because their strategy is working for them
Pop ups galore and battery killer
I used to love this app, but over the years the amount of pop ups have increased to the point where you have to get through 3 or 4 before you can even play the game. It’s pop ups for booster packs or in game events or the premium version and it’s so annoying to click through. If you restart a level you’re almost always shown another pop up for booster packs which you can’t X out of, you have to close the app. And the screen isn’t frozen because you can still click on boosters to buy them, you just can’t close the pop up.
This game also goes through battery life like crazy. Granted my phone is a few years old now, but within 10 minutes of game play my phone will be hot to the touch and my battery will have drained a significant amount.
I’m finally deleting this app after years of playing because this most recent update where you can’t close out of the prompt to buy boosters is ridiculous. I don’t care if it’s a bug at this point because there’s so little good about this game anymore considering half the time you’re clicking through promos for the game I’m literally currently playing. Definitely avoid this app.

Let me start by saying, the actual game is fun! That is.. if you can actually play. The amount of ads in this game is utterly insane. I open the app, ad. I get through that ad and finally start a game, sorry you wanted to play? Here’s another ad! It’s ridiculous. I’m not paying $10 to remove the constant ads out of sheer spite and hatred for whoever decided to put ads every 5 seconds.

There’s no option in the app to delete your account. It’s the worst mobile game I’ve played.

Short and sweet. Clic an ad for a booster. I’ve watched 332 ads today and gotten about 10 boosters. It’s a joke. You’ll get the ad revenue and stick the game player.

This game is fun and an easy way to unwind, but the ads are out of control. I don’t mind an occasional ad for sure, but in the game every single move triggers an ad to point I don’t even want to play. So, if you’re willing to pay for ad-free go for it! Even then, the number of purchase packs will still probably bombard you.
Cute, Fun, but big problem
The game is so cute, so fun and relaxing, BUT I purchased the no ads version on March 5th and yesterday the game glitched and told me I had unlocked London (I’m still on Travel) and THEN started showing me ads after every attempt again. Restoring purchases has not worked. I’m so upset, this was the only game I play but I won’t play it if I am out $10 and have to sit through all those awful ads…
So many pop up ads you can’t even play
I really like this game but the amount of pop up ads now is just crazy. I’m clicking out of things without even being able to play for the same amount of time. I mean I get it and I’m happy to watch an ad or click out of a pop up in a reasonable amount but this is way too much. Bummer bc I really like it all otherwise.

I have never written a review, but i just had to for this app and how many ads they give. If you want to play a level? ad. restart? ad. use one of the power up things that you ALREADY have? ad. It’s soooo obnoxious and they say the app is calming but i can feel it quite literally raising my blood pressure. This app is really addictive that’s good. But to get an ad every 5 minutes no matter what button i’m pressing is ridiculous. please stop it thank you

The amount, frequency, and length of ads really takes away from the game. It caused me to stop playing about 50 levels in.
Greedy company
I’m on level 629 & most of the recent levels I’ve played are not beatable unless you spam the hints/shuffles power ups. Not to mention I paid $10 for no ads on this game, just for there to be multiple popups after every game for more in game items to purchase. I might as well have kept the ads if I would’ve kept having to click thru multiple screens of popups anyway. Overall a fun game but the company is greedy and annoying

The game is fun and at the start you will win and collect special items to help clear difficult puzzles, but once you get to the upper 300s of episodes you literally have no combinations to get past one match or possibly two without having at least 2-3 items which you would need to pay to get once you run out.

I’ve been paying for additional perks and it seems like the game is stealing them when I close out of the app. Paid for 60 shuffles, and used them sparingly. Close out and come back in the app the next day, I’m down to 40 shuffles ..then the following day without even playing the game that day, I was down to 12. Cool game, but won’t spend money on perks no more. I’m Getting scammed
