Not free
The app itself is nice, you can download it for free, however if you want to do the challenges on the app you have to purchase a plan. I just want to work out and have fun doing it and not worry about spending money to be able to do it.
Costs $7 PER WEEK
They charge weekly and have sign up and agree to be charged USD$7 per week before you even get to see any of the work outs.
Useless
I thought it would be like 30 day fitness challenge like the android one but it’s useless. I just want an a workout, simple easy, medium or hard option. It’s just complicated with no choice. I don’t want a custom plan.
Not good
On two separate occasions the app “got an upgrade” and eliminated my prior work history and made me start over as if this was a new program.
Recurring Issue where a work out is marked complete, app is closed, next day when opening the app it asks if you want to resume the prior days work out.

This app was great but I can’t get off of day one because it wants me to Paul’s and it’s too expensive for me I think that it should be free so I deleted the app because it is so deceptive it told me it was free, gave me a preview that was fantastic and then said that if I wanted to do it anymore that I would have to pay for it.
