Not mentioning the UX sucks, it won’t let me type password when non-member logging in. It seems like there a bug in both web and mobile.

This is so poorly designed and written. There are no success screens. The input on the credit card field is poorly designed. When you finish the reservation process there is no success screens and it loses the language selection so you have no idea if you actually booked anything. ‘My tickets’ shows nothing even though I entered username and password and there doesn’t seem to be a way to actually sign in? I did this process twice and basically realized I’m better to just take a bus.
Charges your card and loses your ticket
Scammer app loses your ticket purchase info and then charges your card. What do you mean you bought a ticket? We don't see your ticket. Contact our customer service. Actually our customer service is not open 12pm on a Wednesday. Please come back 8am - 4pm. Bunch of clowns. They don't know. Horrible scam company.

I can’t believe something so clunky can be released. I just purchased two tickets. My credit card was charged. The tickets were displayed. I closed the app, open it again, and cannot retrieve the tickets. Besides that, the selection of time and date does not work. You click on time, and the day changes. This app should be shut down.

Unusable App
The app isn’t sized correctly for iOS. The menu to do anything is up underneath the battery icon, so you are unable to click it, rending the app useless.

I’m surprised at the quality of the app, considering it was supposedly made by Koreans. It’s absolutely horrible, and it takes unnecessarily long to just purchase tickets because the app spazzes and can’t seem to perform the functions it is supposed to do. They need to fix the app ASAP. It’s basically unusable.

They ruined it
I was so excited to see that the latest update included the ability to select seats. However, it also included a ridiculous, obsolete 3rd party verification system for foreign credit cards that renders it impossible for me to use my chase visa. So… zero stars. This update is horrible.
Can’t buy a ticket
Ticket reservation page keeps throwing an error that the name is missing, but there is no name field to fill in. Totally broken.
It won’t let me
Since the new update won’t let reserve a ticket. When i enter my email address an error pops up saying invalid name. There is no line to enter my name.

Very outdated and unresponsive. Needs to be updated to today’s standards.
Not recommended for international travelers
If you don’t have Korean identification number, it’s almost impossible to use. If Korail wants to get recognition outside of Korea, they need to really invest in SW development. Well, I am not sure they even care though. I would give zero star if available for this garbage.

English version doesn’t work
Cannot get app to switch to English. Went to setting, selected English, confirmed switch, and screen went blank. When screen reappear, still in Korean.
Worst train app in the world
It’s slow, clunky and even unfriendly to Korean users. Takes forever to load and send tickets and completely illogical. This is probably the worst travel train app ever made globally.

Do not use this app! It took my money without actually reserving train tickets.

Broken totally after recent ‘update’
Worked a few weeks ago as it had been for several months. Now the inquiry button is missing no matter what cities I choose thus it is impossible to look up fares much less buy tickets. Please fix your ‘update’ which broke all functionality in this app.

대한민국 철도 어플 수준이.. 국격을 떨어뜨리네 영문 페이지에서 구입한 승차권이 조회 창으로 넘어가지도 않고 진짜 옵션이 없어서 사용하긴 하는데 어플 진짜 구리다 제발 몇년이 지나도 개선할 생각이 없나 반성 좀 하자

결제 오류 한두번이 아니라 적어도 한 60번은 계속 나네. 민영기업인 Srt보다 돈 더 받고 앱이랑 서비스는 더 낮은 퀄로 주시니까 고맙습니다 ㅎㅎ
Glitch
I tried checking my ticket for a trip tomorrow and there’s a glitch. I just get a blank screen that says ticket and a button for “previous.” When I press previous the button moves to another part of the screen. I checked my bank account and the money was taken out, so my ticket information should be accessible.
Worst Korean Train ticket app..but it’s the only one
Poor attempt at an English version of this app leaves the English side half baked. Information of the train times and the reservations you can make are not all entirely there and if you somehow know and used the Korean version, your ticket will not be displayed in the Eng language version

언제부턴가 앱을 구동시키면 흰화면만 나오고 작동이 안되는데 폰으로 예매를 하지말라는 건가요,,, 이 불편함이 지속된 지 꽤 되기도 했고 리뷰에도 많이 적혀있는 것 같은데 고치지 않는 이유가 뭔지 궁금합니다.

Potentially the worst app I’ve ever used
I’ve been using the App Store on the iPhone since the day App Store was launched. I’ve used hundreds of apps, but this app is potentially the worst I’ve ever used. Interface is buggy, if you go backwards, all previously entered information is gone, if you go into the menu accidentally, all info is lost, sign up doesn’t work. Knowing how bad the Korean government workers are, this is a whole new level of low. A high school student could probably make a better app than this.
Seriously!! It can’t perform the very task it is supposed to.
I can book my ticket but there is no ticket on my booking list. I had to go to their website to check whether I have the ticket or not. Just spent a few bucks to fix this already.

It does not give you seat choices like the Korean version...There is no option foreigners to have the opportunity to accmulate points...Also for the past several years this app does not work well with IOS.I've been trying to open the app for three days and all I get is a gray screen.Additionally the website is just as bad!My credit card constantly gets rejected because they do not ask for a CVV
English version of this app needs serious improvements
When you use the English version of this app, you can use it to buy tickets, but it won't let you view the ticket you bought. They'll send you an email receipt, but that email receipt is not a ticket so you need to go to the ticket office to get the actual ticket before boarding.
My suggestion is using the Korean version of this app and translate it as much as you can. Change it by tapping the home icon on the top right corner when you open the app, tap the language button and switch to Korean.

사용도 불편하고, 처음 사용하는 입장에서 앱 사용 중간에 방향을 잃어 고립되기도 하고, 힘든 난관을 거쳐서 예약으로 가더라도 오류 발생. 시간표라도 있으면 시간 확인용 앱으로라도 쓸 수 있겠지만, 그냥 쓰레기급 앱.
