Didn’t like it, difficult to cancel.
The games weren’t worth it, and canceling was a nightmare. The website made me download the app, the app logged me into the wrong account, then just redirected me back to a website anyway. The cancel button was tiny and buried behind multiple pages. Canceling a subscription shouldn’t be this difficult they make too many hoops instead of being direct, they need to make their games better, just too much out there these days with better games.

I don’t want to pay for premium but it keeps popping up and making me delete and re install I don’t like it

Tried to cancel twice and ask for a refund after the first time and deleted the app but they will not refund. This time I saved the screenshot and email if my cancellation along with the transcript of my conversation with customer no service.

Will not allow me to cancel when trying to get to settings and I try to put in birth year says information not stored.
Disappointed
Just downloaded the app for my grands but wanted to do the 30 days free. However with in 1 hour they have pulled out 39.99 twice from my bank account and I can’t figure out why.
Money Grabber like a Scammer
Not happy they charged me twice and I didn’t sign up for it. And, wouldn’t give a refund, at all! Keep away from this app.

Super Glitchy!
It worked fine whenever we first downloaded it. But after a few weeks, it’s become very glitchy. The app is up to date and it often freezes or there’s no sound. I had to download the older ABC mouse app, and it works fine. Hope there’s an update soon to fix the bugs!!

Its bad enough
Just okay, contains mistakes
This is definitely educational but contains too many mistakes for the price that they are asking for it. It keeps asking my kid to “Show What You Know” and then asks questions about stories that she has never read. The Farm Bridge Builder game told her to click on a number, but she needed to click letters, not numbers. Sometimes the audio does not match what is written on screen when reading the title of a game. Also, it keeps encouraging her to spend her tickets as quickly as she earns them, which I feel is not a good lesson for finances.
