Be careful they’ll Charge you twice
I purchased 1 year subscription but they charged me twice. I prolly not get a refund for this because they have no refund policy.

They claim to charge $1 but continuously charge $25
Predatory app
I barely used this app to be honest. However, I cannot understate how predatory this app is with its subscriptions. Firstly, they offer an annual price like most others, but immediately after navigating that prompt your given another prompt for something that looks exactly the same but is a separate annual charge.
Then if you want to cancel your subscription, you have to download the app, sign in, put in a BIRTHDATE THAT SUPPOSEDLY ISNT TRACKED . Then sent to a web browser that only has email reset, password reset, or support.
I should be able to cancel my subscription from here but I can’t.

App Glitching
App won’t let my child do anything after the high five with the mouse. The whole app stays dark and I can’t access support to fix it. I even deleted the app and redownloaded it. We just paid for our subscription today so it’s very frustrating.

No sound app keeps freezing.. don’t know what is going on but the classic is also having problems!! So frustrating being a paid member and my kids can’t even use it
Identity theft
Be careful I was emailing back and forth with a customer service rep about auto billing. They give you the run around even though you give them all the info they request. Then I was asked for my credit card number and dummy me I sent it to the representative then she stopped responding. I had to call my bank and cancel my credit card and request another. Kind of fishy they would ask for all the info then your whole credit card number then go silent. Be careful these reps are sketchy trying to steal your identity and credit card info.
Super Glitchy!
It worked fine whenever we first downloaded it. But after a few weeks, it’s become very glitchy. The app is up to date and it often freezes or there’s no sound. I had to download the older ABC mouse app, and it works fine. Hope there’s an update soon to fix the bugs!!

Its bad enough
Just okay, contains mistakes
This is definitely educational but contains too many mistakes for the price that they are asking for it. It keeps asking my kid to “Show What You Know” and then asks questions about stories that she has never read. The Farm Bridge Builder game told her to click on a number, but she needed to click letters, not numbers. Sometimes the audio does not match what is written on screen when reading the title of a game. Also, it keeps encouraging her to spend her tickets as quickly as she earns them, which I feel is not a good lesson for finances.
More parental controls.
Maybe my child is just a pain but she will not get off the hamster, fish, house etc. Hoping there is a way to restrict children to their learning path for at least the first few minutes before they play with the rest of the stuff.
