So frustrating 😩. C’mon guys, at least address the problem and give us another option to verify our identity!
Available language
People have been asking for English translation for years (see comments and reviews), yet the developers don’t care about this group of users. Disappointing.
Need other language option
Only Dutch version. No other language option, not very convenient for people who don't understand Dutch
Post Code Fail
The latest update still requires re-entering your billing address for registration. However, it only accepts Dutch postal code combinations with numbers and letters thereby rendering the app unusable for every one outside of the NL. Used to be one of my most helpful apps.
Error
Has been saying there is a network error for days. Can't log in. Completely unusable.

Where is the find function??
This is rather simple app, a bit too simple compared to the previous major release.
I’m particularly missing a FIND function as we have in the regular ABN application for the transactions. Seems that obvious, yet not implemented.
Lastly, not offered in English language is a bit of a waste. All in all, really basic for a major bank.

2FA risks and who is paying
Another app which proposes 2FA (2-factor authentication) as a silver bullet - and is forced upon the customer without opt-out or choice (other than cancel the contract with ICS). Upon detailed analysis access to the ICS website is only safer (compared to browser access) on certain assumptions - and these are all to often ... wrong (see Bruce Schneier’s website on 2FA). More on the downside, the customer has to accept more restrictive usage condition. Guess who has to pay in case of any fraudulent transactions. These conditions are forced upon him too. It’s no longer contracts we sign, it’s app/s forced upon us which define the risks we take.
What really outraged me, the app downloads and shows “special offers”. The old one only knows if these downloads are carefully isolated from 2FA, and what gets shared with the guys behind the offers.
Last not least, my browser password had 12 characters, any type, and I could have used a longer one. The app forces you to use a 5-digit number. How much safer is this ?
