Terrible customer service
Had an issue with one of my tickets and needed help retrieving it, granted it was my fault but to think that this is an ongoing issue and I’ve been waiting 10 days for a solution, even asking for alternatives is ridiculous. I’ve had to ask the person who was “helping” me twice if there was an update to the situation and both times they’ve seen the response and simply choose to ignore my message. Even when they did respond to my initial question the response was horrifically passive aggressive. I understand that they have other matters to attend to but taking 10 days to resolve an issue is absurd and the behaviour displayed by the staff member is unprofessional. Not to mention this app in general does not make sense and to me feels quite unnecessary.
Can’t wait to uninstall this

Using credit?
It seems next to impossible to use the credit. Will the update fix this and preserve access?

Im curious as to why these gilipollas are going to implement something that impacts all attendees and not the proper support channels. And No reaching them via email does not work.
This is the dumbest app to try to get tickets from.
How do you make going to a festival hard. Add access tickets into the mix that’s how. Lots of bugs and I can’t uploaded my picture. So dumb.
Missing transfer option with last update
There is no longer an option to transfer tickets from Dice. Multiple friends are stuck. Fix it!
