macOS version is broken
In Ventura, it used to work great, although I did not update it from the 1/26 version, it now it presents in iPhone size on Mac and the app is completely unusable.
VERY Frustrating!!!
Every time I want to log in it’s a HUGE ordeal! My Husband and I use the same account and I have do a two step auth and even then I can’t log in. When I am on our property, I don’t have internet. So if I’ve been logged out I can’t log in. And even if I could, I would have to have my Husband next to me to log in. This is far more complicated than it’s worth.
Land Owner Issue | MY LAND ISN'T PUBLIC
I own a unique piece of lakefront property, and this app incorrectly shows my land as public. Because of this, people have repeatedly accessed our property and insisted they had the right to be there because “the app says it’s public.”
To resolve the issue, I worked with the county to update the official records, and the county corrected their GIS data months ago without any problem. When I notified the company, they told me their information comes from a third party that hasn’t updated since 2018 and said they would let me know when it was corrected.
Meanwhile, other mapping apps-also using third‑party data-updated their information promptly. This company, however, claimed the issue was out of their hands. I’ve followed up multiple times and now receive no response at all.
Because our land is unusual and people rely heavily on this app, we’ve even faced confrontations and threats from individuals who believe the incorrect map over our deed. You would expect the company to prioritize correcting inaccurate property information, but that has not been the case.

No free option. Parcel information is free online. No reason to pay for a subscription for something like this.
Just a terrible app, useless
I had high hopes for the Acres app, but wow-what a disappointment. The interface looks like it was designed in 1999, and the functionality is just as outdated. Half the time, the app freezes or crashes, and when it does work, the data is either inaccurate or ridiculously outdated. Searching for parcels is a nightmare, and the filters are about as useful as a screen door on a submarine.
Customer service? Might as well not exist. Sent multiple emails about issues, and the only response I got was a generic “We’re looking into it”-months ago. If you enjoy wasting time, getting incorrect data, and pulling your hair out in frustration, this app is for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and find a better alternative.

The app doesn’t show the correct ownership of property. Not worth the paywall
Would rather watch with ads
I would rather give this app five stars if it came with ads, rather than make you pay for a membership to see the information why people download the app. Could even charge $2.99 for the same app and then require a membership for that app. If they are willing to buy that they are more willing for a membership.
