Why am I getting so much security check and logging verification?

Almost always late because the time clock either won’t load or asks me for a review, case and point and it get confused as to weather I’m clocking in rather than out. Do better!

App is malfunctioning and deleting direct deposit information. It also did not save my benefits selections and now I have no insurance through my company.

Can’t do the one thing I need to do
I want to change my tax withholding, and this part of the app doesn’t work. They released a new version, and it STILL doesn’t work. I can’t get the online version of ADP to work (always says I have a login error no matter what, and I’ve reset my password 20 times) so I guess I’m just stuck.

In the middle of training modules, the app consistently force closes and doesn’t save progress

How is this app so bad? It must cost businesses millions of dollars due to inaccurate records since it’s so unreliable. Plus it is full of ads.
ADP doesn’t need an update practically every day- it’s annoying.

I’d give zero stars if it was an option. App is terrible. Constantly freezes, doesn’t load and “not currently available”.

I have been trying to set up my direct deposit for weeks and i still don’t have a option on my app i call and spoke with someone i was told it would be addressed but still nothing i have a pay stub but still have not been able to get a response

Terrible lagging app
The app sucks my company started using adp app to clock in and out and its slow and laggy, should be quick in and out but no it makes you waste time staring at the screen every time you click on something within the app because its forever loading also tells you “app is not working right now” very often. Terrible experience I don’t recommend this app

I’m not too sure what’s going on with this app, as I assumed that it was very developed because of it being an ADP app. I have trouble clocking in and clocking out almost every single time I use this app.
