Missing Time Entries
The quick clock function constantly loses time punches. It’ll show a green check like it took, then logging in later shows the punch is missing. The app likes to randomly hang as well.
Buggiest app ever
This app literally never works. Almost every time I try to log on it says “the app is unavailable right now”. If by some miracle I can log in, the clock in and out feature almost never works, and requires me to close out of and open the app several times to get it to work. Clocking in and out should not be a 5 minute troubleshooting problem every single time. Additionally, the app seems to frequently forget I allowed the face recognition feature for logging in. This happens every day or two. I have to verify with a code in my email, login, find the Face ID option in settings and turn it on again. Almost every other day. I’ve lost count how many times I’ve had to manually contact HR to get my time corrected because this app never works like it should.

The app hardly works, errors out at the most inconvenient times.

Whoever developed this app and is maintaining it the way it is should be embarrassed but the employers who pay to use it should be even more embarrassed. The worst app.

App is now seemingly broken after an update.
I used to be able to change my W-2 settings (tax settings) very easily through the ADP app as my current employer uses it. I never had any issue with editing my tax status. But all of a sudden, about 1 week and a half ago, when I click on the “Tax withholding” section, I am just greeted with a white blank page. Nothing loads at all. I tried going online, and the ADP website says (as it always HAVE) to “contact my system admin at my company to adjust my tax settings. I contacted them. And they said they cannot change it, had to be me in the ADP app. Do you see the new loop I’m in because of that app error? Can you please fix this? This is affecting my paycheck and my tax payments with the government.

The app always freezes up. I consistently have to fix my employees time cards because the app doesn’t work. I can’t do half the tasks on my phone app like I can the web page. Lots of bugs need worked out.
Terrible app
this app sucks so much, 95% of the time I just need it for one button to clock in and out and it still seems like that's never working even. there are constant errors that happen, it doesn't load up, and all the updates that happen all the time don't actually help at all either

This app use to be really good until the last update! I hate using this app to punch in and out for my job, trying to setup my direct deposit has been a nightmare as well! I have contacted my HR but they did nothing to help me! Yall really need to do better APD! So embarrassing to say I use yalls app!

Can’t get anywhere with this. If you need real information beyond pay statements, good luck getting hold of a real person or real info. Their Help topics tell you to look elsewhere on the app. So easy to get stuck in an endless loop.

I think I could do a better job tracking my hours using pen and paper since I have to do that anyways since this app only works half the time. And when it does work it loads very slowly and more often than not I’m met with error messages literally about the app being unavailable or not working. Not sure how this app has nearly 5 stars.

It is ridiculous how often I have to change my password. My bank, which has all my money, has never once made me change my password.
Requesting time off is also a giant hassle. I work 3rd shift from 11pm - 7am and it takes me 3 or 4 attempts to get the right day that I wish to have off. Example: if I want June 29th off, and my night starts at 11pm on June 28th , I have to select the 28th as my start time and it will tell me that I am not scheduled for that day. Then I have to cancel that and go back in and either select or deselect the weekend button and try it again. And then when it asks for the end date, which my shift would end on the 29th and that is what I would select, it automatically requests 2 days and then I have to cancel that and start all over again.

The pay check got processed yesterday but I still didn’t get paid and due to this my major payment got delayed and I got charged with the late free.

ADP sucks
I never liked this app, I have constant issues with it and there’s no helpline for an individual, if something happens the company you work for has to submit a complaint and then there’s a possibility something may happen, also overly secure I work in remote locations and I don’t always have service so when I don’t and I need to sign in and it gives me a verification step literally everytime, it gets annoying.
Unable to use
Unable to use, my company has this for their payroll accounting but I am unable to this mobile app.. it just sits at the spinning wheel of death.. I am able to log in at work.. but before the update.. I was able to login with the mobile app.. now after the update this app is useless!!!!
