Absolutely terrible function
I have used multiple forms of this type of app, but this one is the worst, so finicky, so glitchy, aside from my tax info, the only thing useful about this app is that you can access all your demo data and tax data really easily, I cannot see who i am working with on my shifts even though my employer has it set up so that I can, fix this damn app and you might get a better review

This app is super terrible super buggie it lags time stamps arnt recorded properly requires too many supervisors approvals causing to lose track of the actual time enter beacuse I’m waiting. On approvals I miss UNANNET a much simple app to use and much more friendly then ADP thumbs down for me using this app

I do not understand how a company that was founded in 1949 still struggles with their app. Unfortunately, I have to use this app daily and I never know if it is going to work or not. Obviously, clocking in for a job is timely, and sometimes I wait 10 minutes for the app to work. I would not recommend this app.

Yo solo quiero cambiar mi número telefónico para poder entrar a mi cuanta y la empresa me dice que ya se realizó el cambio y la app sigue con el anterior pésima app la verdad y no como poderlos contactar solo con los de la empresa pueden hacerlo y mientras el empleado no les importa para nada
What joke
ADP is a joke, UKG is superior to this trash app. Given how big ADP is and they still resort to advertising in this trash app. Not mention a three minute delay to clock in and out. Please! Cars are driving them selves these days and here is ADP, oh please wait three minutes…get with the times you over bloated trash company.
Barely works
The app sucks. Half of the time it’s down so you can’t log in, the other half of the time when you can log in anytime i click to look at my time card, my time off balances, etc. it just comes up with a blank screen and will either load the page after 5 minutes or it never does and i have to check back in a few hours and hope it works (it usually doesn’t)

WISH I COULD LOGIN
So many times I go to login in and I get a message app unavailable. Sometimes it doesn’t let me use my Face ID or username and password. I have to reopen the app that I just opened. Seriously annoying. I don’t think I’m asking too much just to be able to sign in on the first try. The app crashes all the time. I have a new phone so it’s not the phone. I don’t have these problems on any other app. Just fix the app. Very sloppy IT work if you ask me.

I’ve been on several times trying to find out information about my pay, but I can never get an answer. The only information I can see is about my very first pay, which was weeks ago

Issues with app
App takes too long to load in a no service area. App will not load even with quick clock- in option. App also does not recognize face log in take a couple trying before it works. Please fix this issue.

Can’t use the app to see payroll and no is around to help. ADP blames our HR department for the issue. They don’t even try to help anyone. Or help HR resolve problems. Terrible!!!

I had 5 training modules tasked to complete from my employer, and it took weeks to finish because the app & website simply wouldn’t run the videos.
This must’ve been normal, because when I asked a supervisor about it, they had 2 or 3 suggestions as to how to access the training modules:
1) Try Edge. 2) If that doesn’t work, try Google Chrome. 3) If that doesn’t work I Google Chrome in an “incognito” page.
Also, the app and website don’t display the same information. The “my learning” portion doesn’t even populate anymore on the website version.
Trying to get this app to just operate normally has wasted a lot of time.

There used to be a tab you click to show pay and statement. It is no longer available. What’s the point? Lousy app.

Garbage. LOGGED IN (not clocked in) one time outside of the geofence my employer set to check my PTO and the app notified HR that I tried to clock in..
App is also very slow and finicky when actually trying to clock in and requires restarting the app about half the time after logging in. Prepare to be 5-7 minutes early or else your clock-in time will show that you’re late.
Luckily I’m not one of them, but this app has undoubtedly cost people their jobs with their Temu Palantir-esque tracking.

This APP is awful!!!
I have not been able to see any of my pay statements or any other information since February, which is when this whole thing started! I’ve been told that it’s being worked on; you need to follow the directions in the app; it should be working…..blah blah blah! The fact that my employer cannot help me and neither can the ADP customer service team, I AM FURIOUS! This is completely unacceptable! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR PAYROLL!!!!!

Not sure how this app gets a 4.7. It continuously freezes after Face ID where I have to cancel the app completely and reload it. I use a lot of different apps and I cringe every time I have to open this one. Deleted, I will check it from my home computer where it actually works.
Adds platform
Should be allowed to block or shut off adds. This is for my pay stubs and time off not to sell me things I don’t need.

I downloaded the app and after using it once it says it’s unavailable but I still get statements that I have a new pay statement, so don’t know what’s going on.
App takes forever to load
This app always takes forever to load, making me lose 1-2 mins and on top of that when you try to use quick clock, it will take you to the page but when you click clock in/out it won’t punch you in/out. This making you lose ANOTHER 2-3 mins in having to login to go to the clock tab. Absolutely horrible. And I constantly have to update it. This is unacceptable.
ADP terrible
Late to work more often from this then old paper punching in. Paper punch works everytime. At least once a week the app freezes. Updating don’t make it better just worse.
God awful app - crashes/ app must be reset each session
The app is constantly “unavailable “ and I must reset the app after each session as the app refuses to save my cache and login data. Beyond frustrating. I’ve updated app several times. I’ve had this issue for over a year
Scrolling no longer works correctly
Scrolling down in the time card section is rubber-banding. For example, if you swipe up with your finger to see other days, it will be stuck and you cannot go any further.

Download and redownload this app over 5 times, deleted cache and still have constant issues. Quick clock used to work some of the time on android but now it never works and the normal login clocking takes soooo long some times literally up to 2 minutes to login.
Very unimpressed with the app. It’s frustrating to use.
It regularly glitches and won’t load pages. Additionally, the buttons on the main window (quick clock) don’t always work either. I have to literally log into the app and then go to the clock (which also takes freaking forever to load) and then clock in. It’d be nice if the quick clock button just worked and ai could clock in when I needed to instead of 2 mins after.
ADP app sucks
I work for company that’s use ADP for more the 5 years and it has never worked properly I have issues almost every f#€%#*+ day it’s so annoying but have no choice but to deal with it

“In this latest update, let’s remove the ability for the employees to look at their pay statements, weekly schedules, time off balances, and literally anything else that this already barebones app had before that was useful! And just for fun let’s make the app flip a coin on if it will even run or not after you enter your login information!” -ADP App Developers

Bad experience - not showing paystub’s
I expect this app to just one thing show my paystub’s, and it won’t. I tried everything , resetting .. nothing works. The only way to get the paystub is asking it’s silly AI
