I have to leave a 1 star as I have tried several times to upgrade my seat and pay for certain in app purchases on an existing bookings, only to find there is no United Kingdom where country selection is required. Which then means I can’t select the correct county within United Kingdom either.

Cannot Change Currency to USD in the App
The Aeromexico app needs improvement when it comes to currency display. Although I am based in the United States and the website shows fares in U.S. dollars, the app displays prices only in Mexican pesos and does not provide an option to change the currency.
This creates an inconsistent experience between the website and the app, and it makes it more difficult to review pricing clearly before completing a booking. For an international airline, currency selection should be a basic feature, especially for customers booking from outside Mexico.
I hope this issue is addressed soon, as it would make the app much more user-friendly and transparent for international travelers.

I downloaded this app, the other was showing prices in pesos, I live in the States, I want to see the prices in DOLLARS

This app is terrible. I was charged 4 times for a seat selection and had to call the help desk, that was another terrible experience. I could not pay for a checked bag in advance, no clear prices for the checked bags. This company and app are terrible.

Para que piden review?
La aplicación se congela y no te deja terminar tu trámite, y también cuando pide la dirección electrónica no te da acceso a el teclado te da calculadora. Esta aplicación es frustrante. También si no les gusta el comentario no te permite enviarlo

Sitting the plane and still no gate info on the app. Not sure what value it is.

Useless app
Never showed a gate for my boarding pass even during boarding. Every option to try and add bags or change seats was unavailable and I had to see an attendant. Don’t make an app if it’s not useable.

It was not letting me buy my flight with points and kept asking me to log in. I later got a pop up that my account was closed and blocked for security purposes!!!! ALL MY POINTS ARE NOW GONE!!!!!!

Great idea poor execution
The idea and the app could be great but the constant crashing of the app and features that should work don’t makes it feel like it’s still in its infancy stage which is poor for a company of this magnitude. To not have a great IT department that is constantly updating and patching the application or even innovating. Simple fact the app should be better due the reason that it is the main interface between company and customer… it just feels like they brought the same issues the 1.0v app had and stuck them under a 2.0v app.
Can’t change the currency
I really like this new app but you can’t change the currency to US dollars, it only shows in Mexican pesos and there is no where to change that

App never works and is super stressful to use. It’s impossible to check in or to save information.
Unexpected error
The app constantly says unexpected error and it has been updated. I can’t see my flight info. Pretty annoying when it never works
