Attention Overload
There is so much garbage on the screen, so many different currencies to lose track of, and so much to mindlessly click through that I eventually realized I didn’t even know what was going on anymore. I was basically in a mindless trance, just clicking on whatever had a notice. Absolute brain rot.

AI Slop For Ads
I was going to redownload this game, but since you’re using AI slop to make fake ads on other social media of this game… that shows how much this game has gone downhill. I’m VERY disappointed. You guys are WAY better than this.
Not fun
The gameplay loop is unenjoyable and the changes they did to include the pointless homestead system detracts from the fun of the game. It really was cramming a pointless feature into a game where it didn’t belong. Weird.

i really liked this game until they did an update and i lost my account. i’ve tried logging in every way i can possibly think of and i can’t find my old account. their customer service isn’t helpful either. never playing again since my account will probably just be deleted again.

I love playing this game but it ridiculous the amount of storage it asking for. Almost 60gb for a MOBILE game. The game is not a full fledge console game and it is asking for so much storage. I deleted so many things and it continues to ask for more memory

Too big of a file to download. Why change game to dumb homestead? Took an hour to update, then its too large for my phone. You guys ruined it. What a joke
Worst Customer Service
I’ve been having issues getting logged back into my account and no matter how many times I submit a ticket I have not received any sort of response from a human. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had to work with. The game is fantastic, I wish I could log back in to be able to play it.

Current update voids account
During the process of dropping the new update a bug occurred that ports you to a guest account. If you tried to log into your account it created a separate account with that email invalidating your original.
New season
This new season is probably the worst in a while. The story is terrible and bland. The side missions are extremely long and boring for terrible rewards. The homestead feature is the onlh thing the developers seem to be focusing on and it's not even a fun part of the game.
Account deletion
I’ve been a player since 2024, I have never said anything bad or discriminated anyone, I ALWAYS kept to myself and play the game for the cute characters. Well 2 days ago, I install the homestead update to get my daily login rewards and all of a sudden, my account gets deleted. I got confused and looked up solutions on why my account got freshly wiped. I genuinely hoped the update switched me to a different server was a bug but no, my 2 year afk journey account gets deleted. I’ve sent a help desk ticket to solve this issue but I still haven’t gotten a response back. I’m warning everyone to be aware that your account (even though you did nothing wrong) can just get outright delete for no reason

Wtf update?
I have been one of the many people affected by this. I thought that my apple account was linked to the account because all of my purchases were made through my apple account. Now I can’t even get to a login screen, instead I just get a black screen of death. I’d definitely consider playing if I could access my account, my name in the game was Adniel-Kersvic. If anyone can reach out to me about my account I would gladly continue playing, but I don’t want to start over again from absolutely nothing after having made multiple purchases in game.

The new update wiped all of my progress
I have been playing the game for over here and I absolutely loved it. I loved all the updates. I loved all the characters, but I go to login tonight and it starts me on a new account all the way from the beginning, but it still is under my original account and I went and I did what they told us to when that happens you go to the settings and you press account and you press switch, but I went to do that and they were still only one account for me, but I started from the very beginning now and there’s nothing I can do to get on my progress back
Lost account
I somehow lost my account when I logged in. All my characters and progress was deleted. AI support offered no real help. All those hours of gameplay wasted. I won’t play another of their games.
Can’t play
I was force logged out of my account. After attempting to log back in I can no longer play no matter what I do. Opening the game give me nothing but a black screen every time
Broken update
After the last update, it unlinked my account from my Google account and now will not let me reconnect. I opened a ticket with support and they closed it just saying they have a lot of tickets right now. I have paid them hundreds of dollars and to be locked out for a week and their support just ignoring me is ridiculous
No thanks for Homestead
Forced to play the Homestead version this morning and I hate it. Deleted the app after trying in for a bit. I was hoping to play my regular storyline but couldn’t.

I had an account with characters well over lvl 300 and today with the update I lost it all. The update completely reset my account and no matter what I did it wouldn’t go back to normal. Don’t let this happen to you too.
Beware: update practically deletes your account
I’m honestly so sad. I was really enjoying this game! It was great fun collecting rewards and playing casually, but then this mega update happens and it logs you out and makes you download a lot of files. That would’ve been fine, but if you don’t have your account linked to something you’re screwed. I thought it would at least link to my apple account since that’s how I created the account in the first place, but nope. Opened up to a brand new account. And player support? Zero response. Besides it’s not like I actually know my uid off the top of my head and this is way too much of a hassle for my casual fun game. Fun while it lasted I guess

They lost my entire account after 2 years of playing
I have enjoyed playing this game, and building my team and the world over the last few years. With this most recent update, in the last hour that I logged in, it has lost all of my data and my entire account. Now, it is showing me a step by step tutorial of how to make a loaf of bread and upgrade from level 0. I’m so beyond irritated and cannot stand starting from nothing.

Scam Game
After playing for a few months the game required that I login. I logged in and lost everything. Do not play unless you like getting scammed. Will report this app to apple play and PayPal.

I had payed this game going on years and loved it. They did some weird update where you have to sign in differently and deleted my account. I tried contacting support months ago multiple times and heard absolutely nothing back. I was extremely bummed. I was a super loyal player almost daily to coming home from a holiday and my account was gone. If anyone who works there is reading this. I’d love my account back I was at a such a high level and rather never play again than start all over.

The game is amazing I think is absolutely positively awesome. I just would love if you guys added love interest. And it doesn’t have to be like a thing where you have to find someone to marry or something, but it would be nice if given the choice and it would be nice if it’s not a bunch of wifefu but more like equally in for the LGBTQ plus people maybe you can add something nfor them too. That would just be awesome in general I think it was just all around being really fun to explore that and I feel like you should have a full bit of an option for every character you give us well at least anyways have a wonderful day. Hopefully, you see my feedback.🥰

I LOVED AFK Journey and it turned out to be one of my favorite games. There were a few small bugs and glitches but I didn’t mind too much. However, after a big update I went to log on and it said I didn’t have enough storage so the game wouldn’t run as smoothly. Again, I didn’t mind and clicked update. Then it would not let me play the game because of my storage. I deleted EVERYTHING I had but it still wouldn’t let me play. The same thing happened to my friend who, in the process, got logged out of their account and couldn’t log back in.
I can barely use the app
This game alone currently uses 17 GB of storage and it still wont open. When it does let me play theres a big chance it will crash halfway through any activity. If I want to keep up with the story I am forced to read the wiki page rather than play, I mainly open the app for any crossover events anyways or collect any rewards. Even now I cant do that as I dont even have the storage for its decompressing files much less any cutscenes in the past.
App is way too buggy on iPad 9th gen
The app crashes after starting a battle although im only on the first levels. When I also click on things in the menu it crashes. Other than that good game.
Love the game, but the file size is way too big
The game is great. However,it’s up to over 15gb now. Comparable games (octopath, another Eden) are about half that. There needs to be an option to clean out folder downloaded content that isn’t being used.
Homestead is why
I quit playing cause there was to much grind with the introduction of a homestead and now I see that it is the main focus. I am sorry but I don’t think I will be playing the game of farming is the goal.

I have given this game a couple tries and I love parts of it. The story is fairly engaging, and the art style is gorgeous.
But it’s challenging to even play because the game is so weighted down with monetization and distractions. I am F2P but even then it doesn’t seem to matter, because there’s ten notifications every time I enter! Each notification tells me about all these micro achievements I’ve passed, just by logging in. It takes any player right out of the immersion, and straight into the daily dopamine fix of collecting materials and leveling incrementally. You can’t get to the main story because of the side quests.

Holy Storage!
I love this game, play it every day and look forward to the new chapters, but the amount of storage it takes up on your phone is ridiculous!! This last update just spiked from about 24GB (which is already insane) to over 37GB!! And that’s probably not even the full update, my phone has run out of storage room and won’t let me open the game until I make more space, and I have a 128GB phone. Seriously bummed that I’m going to have to delete this app if you guys don’t fix this!

Every update requires more and more space. This app was taking over 1/2 the space on my iPhone. I was even getting notices from Gmail about not having even space to check my emails!! That’s just crazy!!
