I have requested to cancel the subscription, I had difficulty cancelling, went to the help section, chat support doesn’t open, it opens and closes saying long hold, tried mailing the support team many times, no response, not even good content available to watch these days. Bad experience.

This app is the worse paid streaming app I ever used. I cannot play a movie if I watch it up to some point and pause and resume later, no matter what I do the movie won’t play. How ridiculous is that! The support email never gets delivered - I get undeliverable message back. The login with phone number doesn’t work, the OTP never comes. Such a horrible app and ironically the name of the service is ‘Aha’!

This app never works as expected. Not once. Forget TV support. Apple TV is a joke. Even on mobile, where it should at least be stable, it constantly fails.
You open the app, it hangs.
You close it. Open again.
Repeat this multiple times just to watch one thing.
Sometimes it doesn’t even show the Play button. That’s not a bug, that’s absurd. A streaming app where you can’t play content. Very funny, honestly. I’m not sure how the app expects users to watch anything at all.
The usual response is always the same: reinstall, update, contact support, wait for fixes. I’ve done all of that. Multiple times. Nothing changes. The problems are clearly deeper than “use the latest version.”
If basic functionality like opening the app, recognizing subscriptions, and showing a play button doesn’t work reliably, updates and scripted support replies don’t help. The core experience is broken.
This is easily one of the worst app experiences I’ve had. Until the fundamentals are fixed, this app is simply not usable.

The streaming experience on the AHA app is very poor. Every time I try to forward a video, it gets stuck, and even after waiting for a long time, I can’t skip ahead. I end up having to watch from the beginning again, which is super frustrating.

Very poor quality of service. App keeps hanging when you rewind or forward. It doesn’t mark placeholders when you stop the video , you need to start over and it then hangs . Looks like it is hosted on underperforming servers with poor streaming quality

I don’t know they are maintaining the application or not i have just renewed my application using my login credentials it logged in and i have laid the subscription amount when i want to login in a different device using the same credentials it says wrong username or password when taking the money everything is good but while logging it again it says wrong username or password and when i try to use forgot password its send the opt to mail id and I can’t find any mail from aha in my inbox

Aha… what an amazing experience watching a loading … for half my evening. If patience is a virtue, this app is basically a meditation course. Hit rewind once and congratulations - you’ve just unlocked “infinite buffering mode.” Truly revolutionary… for people who enjoy staring at blank screens instead of actual shows. 👏👏

The viewing experience is significantly diminished by the repetitive nature of the advertisements. The same ad is often shown multiple times during a single show. Furthermore, it's frustrating when an ad interrupts the program to promote the very show that is currently playing.

Developers need to fix this P1 issue ASAP
App is not able to find the local networks even after the app is having the permission ton local networks and on same device. I tried to cast in my TV and this issue is never been resolved from almost over a month now. I wonder what the developers and QA team are doing with testing this main feature. You guys better fix the app issues or just admit your failure to maintain it, atleast customers won’t have to pay for the subscription to faulty app.

Single Star App
Saw customer feedback’s, I can see only single star reviews, it shows bad customer service. Customers can file legal case at consumer court, keep all screenshots, payment details etc and approach lawyer and they will help you

I bought for a year every time I try to watch in my Mac it says error, I bought for $60 gold pack for year,waste of money. I do suggest not to buy this subscription. It’s almost the end of my subscription. I barely watched 5 movies that to in my mobile. Waste of taking the gold subscription.

1. Too slow to load the video.
2. Showing loading icon for long time.
3. During the climax of the movie showing movie suggestions and blocking the screen. Which is ridiculous feature. Blocking the content while still movie is going on.

Payment made but content does not play
Despite making the payment for my subscription, the content is not streaming on your platform. I have tried multiple troubleshooting steps, including logging in and out several times, but the problem persists.
Good content with Pathetic App
Good content but app issues are never ending, few movies are keep stuck at a specific point as if old days CDs and Custcare was keep asking me to unlink devices, clear cache and re-login etc for 5-6 times though I provided all the details with screenshots to customer care support and saying that wasn’t working.
Every time new custcare representative will take up case and start from scratch without starting from last step. I provided multiple movie names which are keep stuck at same point, once it stuck we need to kill the app, and restart and either forward beyond that point where it got stuck previously else it will stuck at same point, even if we forward, it will stuck at new point and need to repeat the process.
On top of that, sound keep reducing and if we volume up thinking that it is low volume , suddenly it will blow up

At least one or twice a week it says user has exceeded the concurrent stream limit, Done with this platform.

Extremely Frustrating Experience with Aha App on Mobile and TV
I purchased an annual subscription to the Aha app last year, and it has been a deeply disappointing experience. Nine out of ten times, I encounter error messages when trying to play videos, both on mobile and TV. Despite my persistent efforts and multiple daily attempts, the videos rarely play.
I’ve tried troubleshooting by uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times, but it has made no difference. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I feel that the money spent on this subscription has been a complete waste. My credit card charged twice
Be careful with this platform. My credit card was charged 2 times. First I got the transaction failed message so I did retry. My credit card ended up with 2 times charge.
