When will you finally fix error 412? It's so stupid that I can't add my own nutritional values ​​for a product with a barcode if someone else has already done it (with errors).

At one time this was an efficient tracker, but now it’s bloated and frustrating. They could have prioritized improving database accuracy, purging duplicate entries, or barcode reliability, but I guess that’s actual work. Instead we have a broken app where they change the icon every month and add time-wasting gamification elements that don’t even work! Lol, every day I earn a chest of ‘diamonds’ that can’t even be collected.

I have been using and loving this app since 2020. It used to be the best calorie tracker, with a clean, beautiful design and a very user-friendly interface. I recommended it to everyone because it was simply the best.
Sadly, I’m deleting it now. The new design is awful, and the constant pop-ups and ads have become unbearable. It feels like the app has lost what made it so great in the first place. I’m really disappointed.

Please remove this animation after entering food into the calorie counter. It's very annoying and distracting. It's incredibly inconvenient to wait for it to load. It used to be so easy without it!

I’ve been using this app for quite a while, and it used to be great. The free features worked perfectly fine for me. I loved the ability to add my own recipes and using them later as a cookbook reference, but latest updates ruined that experience. Now I can only access my custom recipes when I add them as a meal, whereas they used to be available under Recipes tab. Maybe I’m doing it wrong, but that only means that UI is not user-friendly.

Поддержка сообщила, что достаточно пропустить советы три раза, после чего они исчезнут на две недели. На практике это оказалось не так. Мне пришлось пропускать советы на завтрак, обед и ужин в течение трёх полных дней подряд, и только на четвёртый день появилась возможность временно отключить их. Информация от поддержки оказалась неточной.
Кроме того, в какой-то момент приложение перестало распознавать мою активную подписку и начало показывать рекламу и предложения оформить Pro после практически каждого действия, хотя подписка была оплачена и действовала. Для платного приложения это недопустимо.
Также мне не нравится система учёта активности. Приложение автоматически возвращает сожжённые калории после тренировок и другой активности, из-за чего фактический дефицит значительно уменьшается. Такой подход подойдёт не всем пользователям, а гибко настроить его под свои потребности оказалось сложно.
Я обращалась в поддержку и пыталась решить эти проблемы, однако удовлетворительного решения не получила. От платного приложения ожидаешь стабильной работы, понятных настроек и возможности самостоятельно управлять функциями, за которые ты платишь деньги.

Купил подписку за 50$ и не могу войти через Apple ID

Every time I load into the app it freezes and can’t work until I restart it like 50 times. On the rare occasion I can get in, it always say internet not found 💔

Интерфейс, принцип работы, все нравится намного больше, чем у конкурентов. Но убрали возможность ввода приемов пищи следующего дня, это было очень удобно. Зачем убирать? Не останется ничего бесплатного тогда… Прошу вернуть такую функцию

Оплатила подписку, приложение абсолютно бесполезное. Верните пожалуйста деньги на баланс. Расчеты некорректные, что для меня (сколько нужно), что в самой еде

I just downloaded this app and entered all of the information and was recommended a daily calorie level that is medically irresponsible. This app needs to review its algorithm before it encourages people to harm their health! Obviously, I will not continue using the app.

Приложение не работает. Выдает неизвестную ошибку, вход в приложение невозможен. Поддержка на сайте дает стандартные отписки. Деньги за подписку на оставшиеся 11 месяцев видимо никто не вернет.

Now I don't know how to use this application. It looks too colorful, bright, you don't want to use it, it has become comfortable.
Please make it so that at least the old visual of the application can be returned (and those who like it, let them choose a new one)

App not usable since the last update

This was 5 stars for me until whatever update brought the stupid “food tips” page. Get rid of the “food tips” window that pops up EVERY ENTRY. It’s so annoying. Tracking is already a hassle that I’m paying for an app to make easier. Why add extra time and steps. It should be an option we can turn OFF. People on Facebook and Reddit are complaining about this all the time. If it’s not gone at the time of my renewal I’m jumping ship.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The fasting option is only good. I’ve gained weight since I started. I’m watching what I eat. No I’m not exercising but I go to college and work 40+ hours. I’m trying to balance that life with home and trying to exercise but with me watching what I eat I shouldn’t have gained weight from Feb 28,2026 to now (5/2/2926)

I really like the interface. It's modern, clean, and enjoyable to use. Unfortunately, that's where most of the positives end.
The app is too restrictive. I can't customize the number of meals, I can't log meal times, and I can't turn off the AI tips. The AI advice pops up after almost every meal, is usually very generic, and quickly becomes annoying.
The intermittent fasting feature also doesn't make much sense. Instead of simply tracking your eating window, it disables certain meal slots. Intermittent fasting doesn't mean you can't have breakfast or a snack, yet the app forces that behavior.
Water tracking is surprisingly limited. If my bottle size is 350 ml, I can't log 175 ml or any other custom amount. I can only add a full bottle.
I've also experienced a bug where changing a setting doesn't always save correctly. Sometimes the app switches back to the previous value, and I have to change it several times before the correct value is finally applied.
Another thing that bothers me is the permanent Pro tab. I've already paid for the subscription, so I almost never need to open it. Yet it permanently takes up space in the bottom navigation bar. It would make much more sense to move subscription information into the profile instead.
Overall, the app looks fantastic, but it often feels like you're expected to adapt to the developers' rules instead of the app adapting to your own needs and preferences.

This app is nice when it comes to the interface being very minimalistic, but every single time I scan food or type it in it either doesn’t know what it is or miscalculates all the macro so I had to go over and readjust everything for everything I eat, even if when I scan an item that has all the nutrients on it it still gets it wrong I might be switching over to a different app

I have had this app for a few years now and it seems to consistently get worse. The features on here are so basic that the app should be free. I will not be renewing my subscription as they keep taking key features away like being able to see the chart of your weight loss progress. That is something that basic on most apps. The daily diamonds feature does not work correctly constantly tells you that you’ve unlocked a chest and then when you go in to claim it, it’s not unlocked. There are times when I log my water and get out of the app and go back in and my water is no longer showing logged. When I exit the app and go back in, I am always in the add food section not on the main page so I have to go back out, which is annoying. And when I scan foods or look up foods, the measurements and nutritional facts are often incorrect, even on verified foods, I will definitely be switching to a different app as soon as my current subscription ends!

Бош буквально на второй день при добавлении блюда КАЖДЫЙ РАЗ вы терроризируете СОВЕТАМИ от которых невозможно отказаться. После этого вы втираете мне платную подписку. Весь этот процесс отнимает МИНУТУ МОЕЙ ЖИЗНИ. Короче, удаляю.

He usado esta app desde hace varios meses porque compré la suscripción anual y estas son las razones por las que no uso la app más:
* Odio que quieran ser duolingo, hacer log in de alimentos tarda muchísimo tiempo por todas las animaciones, not for busy people
* copiar las comidas a otro día es muy tardado
Lo único que vale la pena sobre otras app pero quien sabe si ya lo tengan todas es la IA integrada

new user here, using this app is pure torture due to how many ads it has. While Im logging my breakfast I got 3 pro-subscription ads, while testing some features (recipes, activity and so on) in each of those sections I got an non-skippable roulette where they first give you a fake 5% discount and then they spin it again you OMG get a 75% one! The same situation happened in each section: first the 5% then the 75%.
What completely discouraged me from using this app is the recipe feature. I don't know how many portions homemade bread has, I know that my piece is 40grams. Why can I exclusively log in portions (which display no weight)?
All in all, incredibly predatory advertising. If I may have considered buying a subscription at first, the multiple pop-ups and the food logging system have simply driven me to deleting the app
