Horrible App!!
It does’t let me do any image blending or image generation from
photos in my library. It doesn’t matter how simple or complex the prompts, it’s always giving me error messages!!

Not very good
I’ve had this process for several months. There’s been numerous issues with edits on photos getting further and further away from what the prompts are asking me to do kind of done with the canceling my subscription.
Take free stuff and nerf it your way then charge people for it
They claim have many agents but can only use ChatGPT for free 😂 on top of that, it’s long term memory is bad and 0 personalization

These people charged me an extra $69.99 after I only agreed to pay $49.99 for the first year. Grok can do everything this software can and more! It was has to get it to do what I needed…I a master prompter and use Copilot, ChatGPT, Grok, hell I was using this back when it was Bard…don’t get scammed out added fees they charge without your consent and left feeling scammed when you find their software does things on its own that you did nit ask for! It will take you so many extra edits that it’s a waste of time! Grok 6.0 is the beta right now! Hand down!

Programmed does not run smoothly on my iPhone 17 Pro. I have the latest operating system installed. I turned the phone off and back on with no improvement. I have deleted the app and reinstalled and that was not a fix either. Would not purchase this app again.

I tried to make a picture and I gave it a prompt. CHATGPT did it with no problem. I kept on getting nothing and it kept on taking credits away. I didn’t even get a notification that it was something wrong. Would not recommend this for anyone.

Je suis vraiment très déçu, je viens de prendre un abonnement sur un mois, on m’a prélevé immédiatement l’argent, j’ai essayé de créer des images et des vidéos mais à chaque fois que je demande une modification, j’ai autre chose la plupart du temps cela ne prend pas en compte mais commentaires ou bien si ça les prend ça me modifie autre chose. Franchement je suis très déçu non seulement ça, j’ai dépensé tous mes points et finalement j’ai des jolies choses, mais qui correspondent pas du tout à ce que j’ai demandé.

I didn’t ask for ChatNow but it downloaded itself when I downloaded ChatGPT. Seems strange that it would sneak in like that, especially since it is not made by OpenAI. Be careful if you use this app.
Did not honor free trial
I selected free 3 day trial and was not granted the trial. Instead I was immediately charged $69.99 …I then requested a refund and was denied. This is not right. I’ve been with Apple since the IPhone 4 and this is the worst app purchase experience I’ve ever had. I have written an email to the developer and will change my review when / if my refund is granted.

Billing concerns
I pay for this annual. I paid my bill back on Feb 1 based on an email I got on Jan 1 to inform me that the annual bill was coming on. It’s now March 5, 2026 and I’m bringing billed again for an annual fee again.

False information
My first question received a false response that a statement was an internet rumor based on anecdotal evidence. On presenting verifiable info from the WSJ, the US senate and US courts it said it was unverified and after i insisted it agreed it was fact. It was uncomplimentary about Chinese billionaire surrogacy which made that easy fail suspicious.

Very Disaapointed
First, I am upset because I signed up for three day trial only to be charged the yearly subscription the same day and was declined a refund. Second, you are still required to purchase credits to use the creative studio (credits are even deducted for every edit you make to the same image). This completely defeats the purpose of a subscription if it is not truly one pay price for all. Lastly, the MacBook app does not offer ANYTHING other than the ability to use it for text. It is also not user friendly and I am very well versed with these programs. So, so disappointed. More so for how misleading the advertisements are.
Disappointing
To be honest, as a creator this app very disappointed. Not only you can’t really work consistently because you’ll need credit and credit only renews monthly, this app is not reliable and not consistent with results. Giving this a 1 star pisses me off because it doesn’t deserve it. Subscribe for a year and I’m only in for less than 3 hrs and i regret doing so. Dont pay for this app.
