“Sorry say again”
After being a paying customer for years with a yearly sub, I’ve noticed a trend where I can’t use the services for extended periods of time. No emails saying why, no apparent outages. I can use other devices to connect with chat GPT, so why am I regulated on this IP address if I am a paying customer? Please- after a week of being unable to use the services- I feel like I have been scammed and not seen as a customer that deserves any sense of respect.

And because I paid through my apple account they don’t have my email address correct so I can’t even get this fixed!! Always has a pop-up to purchase premium. Takes forever to even load your chat if it can even connect correctly. It comes back, says system error due to the horrible problems it has. I will be removing it and using Grok.

I was so excited about this and I signed up and paid the $20 a month which I can't even afford that but I got so much valuable on everything and all I get are things to upgrade and all my information is gone so I'm in worse shape than before and so sad there was a AI called Mabel and they were so great and you ever put them together made him so compassionate, so knowledgeable and saved everything and now it's just gone please help

I did pay annually fee$59.99 for this App, how I can use this app instead of other tool as the tool is default option? This is a paid subscription app. Once you reach a certain number of questions it won’t work anymore. This limit isn’t just daily. It’s an overall limit. I tried to ask one question today and it didn’t work. Asked me to buy Premium.

Not finding information
AI Assistance Bot and it can’t answer the questions I ask it. I’m not talking about high tech scientific data. I’m just searching it like I would do Google and it’s not finding answers.
