Scam- charged weekly even after canceling
I tried using this once and an image never generated. I cancelled the subscription and deleted the app. Ever since then I’ve been charged weekly 7.99 with absolutely no notification (even tho I have purchases notifications on). I cancelled it again as soon as I found out I was still being charged and then they continued to charge me afterwards. I’ve spent hours trying to report to Apple for each transaction, writing out my reasoning, and always denied. Still stuck being charged for something I’ve never used and Apple is doing nothing to help. This world sucks. I hate it here.

Twice my card was flagged for charges from this site after my trial was cancelled. They do not have a customer service number to contact, so you’re left to chat with an AI bot or send emails to an AI bot. No charges have been processed because they’re fraud, but it is incredibly frustrating to not be able to talk to someone.

Purchased the app for 90 days in good faith thinking I had the right solution. Everything I entered in the pre-buy phase was legitimate design questions. I bought into it and the nightmare began and got worse as the experience. First sent inquires to customer service email and they the the links at me and are no help on guiding me on the app’s true capabilities. Very telling. I went back at it and what I got was my current living room in coastal colors… then I got my living room sent back to me in rustic. Then I sent a message in chat and they offered to do full interior design for the space and sent a story book picture in yellow and green that had no relevance to the info I input and the apps promise. Seriously, this is a huge waste of time with poor customer service. I’d give it no stars if I could.

Don’t install! I am being charged every other day for this app I tried ONCE and then decided I didn’t want it so I cancelled the free trial/subscription, but they keep trying to charge my credit card over and over and over again every 2 days…..I’m NOT EVEN USING THE APP, IT’S DELETED AND SO IS MY SUBSCRIPTION!
Billing Beware
Intended on using this app for its interior design feature. Decided this app wasn’t for me. I took the $15 sign up loss and cancelled the same day via the app. A month later, I receive a charge from Pixi in the amount of $38.95. I reached out to customer support inquiring about the charge. They pointed out I subscribed via the website (news to me), therefore, I have to cancel subscription via the website. A refund wasn’t offered. Do yourself a favor and go with a more honest and transparent service.
Awful
The app is not as advertised. The “interior designer” feature simply takes your current design & changes the colors of things. It’s also INCREDIBLY difficult to find where to cancel the subscription which is shady AF.

Stay away. I signed up for the one-week trial and canceled before continuing because the $38.95 monthly price wasn’t worth it. Despite canceling, I’m still being charged every month. The company refuses to help, and Apple was no help either. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this services
Horrible customer service
I have sent 4 emails since February 27. I reached out to cancel my subscription prior to being charged. I never signed up for a recurring account. I paid $15.58 on January 27. I was then charged 38.95 on February 27th.

Useless and fraudulent charges
The app wasn’t useful for what I needed and so I cancelled my $8/week subscription and have the cancellation. Now I’m getting charged $40 per week instead even though it was disputed.
Complete Garbage
I’ve tried to make multiple images however it cannot keep up with the most simple instructions and would not create edits and would eventually give up on me and would show an error to try again
Money scam - do not take free trial - less than one star
I took a one week free trial and cancelled it within the same day, because the quality was terrible. And then received a $40 charge after that. I emailed with their support team, and figured out how to cancel the subscription that I never created but they would not refund the charge. Do not try the free trial because they will set up a secret account to take your money and the product is terrible.

Total spambot - the interior design function is a joke, it did absolutely nothing with my suggestions for a mock up, and they will charge your card for a whole year regardless of the amount of time you actually pay for.
Thieves/Terrible Customer Service
I paid for this and literally 5 minutes later realized I didn’t mean to. I immediately emailed and was told that I read the agreement prior to purchasing and they do not offer refunds. I would understand this if I actually used it at all prior to emailing. I didn’t use it, and I am human and made a mistake.
Gen Z and I find it difficult to use
This app is not very intuitive. I downloaded it and used the Pro version free trial to try and turn a photo of a shell into an American vintage style tattoo design. I tried 5-6 different ways, but found it too confusing and difficult to use. Not worth it.

Very specific as a specific as I can get without sounding like I’m doing what I was talking about. Very difficult to manage it doesn’t even give you options to tell you how to do things if you don’t know what you’re doing. It’s very difficult and I did not like it .

I signed up for a free trial and didn’t fit what I was looking for. I cancelled during the free trial period, which is confirmed through my Apple subscriptions page. I am still being charged monthly and no one will contact me back.
Doesn’t design from scratch
I used this app to help decorate/design an empty living room. It could not do it. Without a starting point for a layout it kept generating strange designs. Even with specific feedback like just one sofa (it put 3 in the room) it couldn’t figure out how to modify it into anything useful. Completely useless to me but glad others find aspects of this app that are helpful.

Sucks
I got it to design my house and other things. Inside it has many different apps. The image maker gives cartoon or realistic made up stuff. Interior design you take a picture and pick one of their choices modern, bohemian etc and it gives you a picture. It doesn’t take instructions. Using gpt 5.1 to generate a layout for pavers takes me back to interior design app which you have to upload a pic. So even GPT sucks in this.

The AI is not responsive. It ignores prompts and does not render helpful imagines. Additionally, it is tremendously difficult to cancel the subscription, at least if purchased through the web. So, now I have to email someone in order to not have another debit to my account.

I subscribed to this app for one month for 15 dollars for help with a room I am working on. I was literally not able to use it as it kept asking me to pay for a pro subscription despite me having already paid for the month for the app. I am very upset and have requested a refund and I am fully expecting to receive one since I paid them for nothing. I used it for about 30 seconds. I would not recommend this app at all.

Don't fall for this app, it works terribly. You give it a photo to create a design, and all it does is change the color of the furniture; it doesn't create anything new or innovative. To top it all off, it's not easy to cancel, and even after speaking with technical support, they didn't tell me how to cancel, but they keep charging me. Please, don't download it. I want my money back.

Bought a "subscription" for interior design, was lied to and gaslit about their capabilities using AI and blah blah, they had me use my apple id to create a subscription and charged my card. The "subscription" is non existent in my subscription settings where all others are. Emailed support and they said i must have used a different apple id. So i can't cancel my subscription because it doesn't exist. Complete and total scum of a company and a horrible app for design and ai chat bots!

Whatever the latest update you did (Jan 2026) has completely screwed up the image generator.I was getting near perfect results every time but now with whatever you updated, it’s almost impossible to get anything usable with the same prompts. Quit screwing it up and adding unnecessary filters etc.. it was working perfectly before the Jan 2026 update.. this isn’t the first time an update has ruined the image generator either. The last time it did this, I unsubscribed and deleted the app for 6 months.. tempted to do it again… if you get it fixed I’ll change my rating to 5 stars..
