Bought subscription on website thinking it was ChatGPT(my fault) but I figured since I did it I’d download the app, can’t connect my account to the app so I don’t have my one hundred dollar purchase. And since the refund policy doesn’t cover accidental purchases you won’t be refunded. Just download ChatGPT or grok, this app is a scam.

I downloaded this app expecting us to have a picture feature because that’s what google said, but it lied. After I tried to cancel the subscription there is no setting to. This is a scam.

I am quite concerned about my experience with this company. I was interested in trying out a free trial to evaluate the service, but I noticed that my account was charged simultaneously. Although I did not use the app and requested a refund, my request was unfortunately denied.

Since I first canceled and delay the app it has reappeared on my phone and charged me 6 times. When I ask for a refund and dispute I get denied. Do not use this app and I have contacted Apple they say it’s on the app developer

Not Impressed
I cannot believe I spent $60 on this. Virtually every prompt that I have given has resulted in close to worthless sub par information. I have tried creating images, asked for help rewording emails, and many other simple questions and it’s almost like AI is simply not interested in helping or answering my questions. You’ll be better off just using a free service.

Bought $49/yr app, 3 months in, I give it 2.5 stars
There are way too many choices for all the different variants of this app - dozens of choices. I don’t like that because they don’t explain anything about what you are getting with each choice, and the prices are all different. Can you please tell me where to find a copy good description for each of the optional variants?? I went to the website for the developer and there is no help there. The descriptions are very, very brief and not informative at all. ≡≡≡ I have tested this app versus the actual ChatGPT-4o app from the actual original developer OpenAI. Those answers are always better than this app but OpenAI charges $20 per month, vs. $49 per year for this app from Failane.. FAIL-Ain? ||| ≡≡≡ ||| OpenAI gives you five or six queries per day for free, when I run out of those I jump over here to this one to get answers that are almost as good as the OpenAI app itself but 10x cheaper here.
