I tried the app for less than an hour. Didn’t enjoy set up and sad that I was mislead that it was free from an advertisement. 3 day free trial and then $9.99 charged for the week. I canceled my subscription through my Apple account less than 30 minutes owning app. Deleted it an hour later and was still charged. App will not refund because it’s through Apple App Store. Apple keeps denying me a refund. I never wanted the app and to pay $9.99 is ridiculous.

I made the dire mistake of looking at this app. I didn’t subscribe for their 7 day free trial and unfortunately didn’t pay attention to my bill for quite a long time until I realized I was getting charged $9.99 A WEEK for something I don’t ever remember even using let alone for a year and a half to the tune of over $700. I have tried to have the charges removed. Obviously wasn’t using the app and I’m sure they can tell that. They refuse to refund the charges. Who charges $9.99 a WEEK anyway. Every single charge says free trial then as the $9.99. I am thoroughly disgusted that older adults who may not realize that just looking at an app could them into financial ruin. This is a predatory app. Stay away from it.

I did a 3 day free trial and I canceled it the same day so I wouldn't be charged the $10.59 and they are still trying to charge me the $10.59 even when I've got a screen shot showing i canceled it. They are trying to say it wasnt a free trial but it clearly shows on there that i canceled before June 2, 2 days before my 3 day trial ends!!!! Says it right on the screen shot and on the receipt!!

I let the system run for over two hours and it was not finished. I minimize the screen and came back and had to restart self again for this five times.

After I payed and cleaned my storage on the app I checked my settings and the storage notification was still there at the same percent
Beware
I thought this was going to be a good app but I was wrong. I used it to clean out my duplicate and blurry photos. It did clear up a lot of space but later when I went to find an old photo, all but the last few days were gone. I had around 1,000 photos stored. I would have thought it was a technical error and maybe it was but I couldn’t find a help files to tell me how to recover the photos. I went to Apple Support app and was able to recover my photos, cancel the subscription and request a full refund.

When I cleared photos it cleared 0.1 percent of my storage. This is a very bad and very monkey ahh app i would not recommend this app stinks you lose Game over. Also it only lets you delete 5 fricking phots what in the holy ad spam you lose make your app better monkey

Only reason I’m rating this or reviewing at all is because they aren’t responding to my emails. I downloaded the app to clean out my photos because I had over 21k items in my Photos app. I paid for the FREE trial, which lasted 3 days. Normally, apps tell you when your free trial is over, but the crazy part is not only did the app NOT tell me it was over, it automatically paid for a paid subscription I MYSELF did NOT purchase. It is now a charge on my Apple Account, not allowing me to download any apps. I have repeatedly contacted the app and emailed d*mm near over a month ago and have yet to get a reply.

I found this program was no faster or easier than deleting photos, messages, emails, etc. myself. Very difficult to use and no real instructions to help.

Loaded the app onto my phone and activated it. Lost a whole bunch of context that were not duplicates and had a great deal of trouble trying to replace them !!! Stay away from this. It is toxic!

1,200-1,600. The got a message that said limit reached. And here was thinking I had finally discovered a way to rid myself of those annoying emails. They allowed me to delete many why stop before the job is done
