The app erased many inf. And photos I needed. My contacts inf. A total mess and it was a Free Trial . Glad I did not purchase it .

Charged me 12.99 a week for an app I never ordered or used. Total was 52.25 and when I filed complaint with apple I was told it was ineligible for a refund. This is a scam. I will report to bbb

Sounded like a good idea to clean up space on my phone…until I saw that there’s a $13/week charge unless you cancel before a certain time. Almost seems like it’d be cheaper to buy the extra space than subscribe to this “deal” but what do I know.

A tv commercial just now says your services are free. Then I see a high weekly charge. I am confused but I do know I hate being charged for free items. Free is free.

Why do the ads say “free” or “in app purchases” - and the first thing it does is make you pay? - an exorbitant weekly price! Awful misleading - I deleted the app immediately.
