They continue to bill you even after cancelation
Not only do they co time to bill after cancellation they attempt to bill twice a year. As this was through Apple purchase they were able to clone my Apple payment. Three times I had my debit card replaced in three weeks because of this company fraudulently billing me for services that were canceled within a couple days of downloading the app. Shame on Apple for not protecting our private payment information. They need to ban this company.

It always errored so I was never able to generate a song. Now deleting the account doesn’t cancel the subscription. Do not recommend. Total waste of time.

I’m not able to cancel my subscription anywhere. I go to the gear where it says to in the reviews, but it just says delete account, if I do that it says I’ll still be paying. SUCH A SCAM!!!

These five star reviews are obviously fake reviews. This product is horrific and the customer service behind this company is treacherous. This is a scam company that is deceitful and misrepresents themselves.

I created my video select selected my photo selected the music and then it asked me to pay like three dollars I paid it. It went through successfully, took the money from my account and then the app said there was an error to restart. I restarted it my video was gone, but they took the money and it was not in my library. I did it again and the same thing took my money, error restarted, nothing in my library. It’s a scam.

You have to pay for the app and then buy coins to create content. BTW it is not user friendly. I wish I could get back the money I paid for the trial. Don’t walk, run from this app.

Not good at all. Doesn’t sound life you at all and it renews for $30 a month if you don’t cancel. Then, you have to purchase extra tokens, VERY misleading. Honestly. I wouldn’t mind paying the money if it sounded good. The first couple I did sounded really good, since then it sounds robotic and electronic. Of course, customer service doesn’t have an answer or how to fix it.

It may be a good app except every video you try to pull up to use in the app is restricted by YouTube, even the suggested videos.

I cancelled before the 7 day trial was up and was still charged the $24. Theres not even an option to delete your payment method when you cancel, only to add another pay option.

If I could give this app zero stars, I would. It feels like a complete scam. The “AI music” feature just sounds like the original artist’s voice with a slight muffling effect-as if no real editing was done at all. Very misleading.
Even the advertising doesn’t match what you actually get. After paying for the app, you’re still required to buy coins just to use basic features, which is extremely frustrating.

Cancel subscription
There’s no option to cancel subscription i don’t use this app and it’s still charging me

Hard to cancel
I’ve tried to cancel subscription for the last two months. They keep saying I don’t have an active subscription, but they keep charging my credit card. Last charge was $29.98!

The product itself is awful. Nothing near what is advertised. It charged me more than what I had authorized and now I am just out that money as the phone number provided by the bank in connection with the transaction is not valid. I never write reviews but thought people should know. Beware - I read the fine print before buying. Unauthorized charges I can’t do anything about.

Although I paid for a subscription I see that it only allowed one usage. I think that’s awful. I have my own lyrics but it asking me to pay again.
Only 30 seconds
Well after dodging all the different sign up requests I managed to make a video with my voice that only lasted 30 seconds. I thought I paid for a complete song. It sucks. My wife says it doesn’t sound like me. I know I can’t carry a tune so I’m not sure. It’s cool AI stuff and people making these apps will suck you in to sign up for different things.
