Touted as a free AI music generator you must make a purchase for credits. No problem, purchased a plan that gave me 20 credits. I created 4 songs and cancelled my subscription. Because I could not use all the credits. The credits remained and I slowly created songs. This last week the app suddenly took all my remaining credits without warning.
The app works well but sometimes the ai mispronounces words… I usually only need 30 seconds of the song and can typically work around it. But if it pronounces correctly in a song you think it would be able to pronounce it correctly the second time.

Why Reggaeton beats in vintage Salsa music?
I was loving Jukebox. I’ve been using it for the last couple weeks to make Puerto Rican old-school salsa 1970s 1980s style and all of a sudden the whole thing changed the voice changed and now it was like a raspy voice and the guy screaming in the track I mean I try to put 70s 80s style salsa is coming out with a thumping noise like Reggaeton or bimbos you know type of of beat and it is horrible. It’s horrible horrible I was loving it out of five stars. It would’ve gotten 20 stars for me I don’t know if there was a system update or why did the voice change but this is horrible. It needs to go back to the way it was. I’m sure I’m not the only one that’s concerned about this. Please do not ignore this email please fix whatever issue there is it is completely different now.

My entire catalog was deleted
I had over 400 songs in my catalog, and now only around 20-25 are left. My entire library seems to have disappeared without warning. The most important issue is that my last 30 tracks were new and I had not downloaded them yet so this caused serious loss. This is unacceptable for a music app where users trust the platform to keep their work safe. I urgently need my deleted songs restored especially the last 30 tracks. Please fix this and improve account and catalog protection.

Bought the subscription, but not able to download the songs. Looks scammer app. Their customer care also not teachable.

I downloaded the apps for free trial and the next day canceled it but I was still billed for the subscription. Emailed them but about it but no response from them.

I paid for a one week subscription made one song it gives you 20 songs the next day wrote something I wanted recorded went back and it said I had a free subscription with 0 songs left and I clearly had 19 songs left now I lost the music I made and feel like they may steal my lyrics

The app doesn’t finish your songs and it adds lyrics that you didn’t present. Mainly, it hasn’t finished several of my songs. Very disappointing

Save your money and look elsewhere. You can make some nice songs but it’s way too expensive compared to others. You can’t share the music to YouTube or save it to your music. No nothing! There app doesn’t even allow you to loop your own song. It’s ridiculous how behind this app is and they want all that money!? Hard pass! Do better!

$26 a Month for What? Feels Like a Creative Trap
I’ve been paying $26/month for Jukebox, and honestly, it feels like a ripoff. Yes, the sound quality is great, the vocals and music are impressive. That’s the only reason I’m giving this more than one star.
But beyond that, it’s a frustrating experience. You get a very limited number of song generations, and once you hit that cap, you’re forced to wait weeks just to create again. For what they charge, it’s way too restrictive.
What makes it worse is how controlling they are. You put in your own lyrics, guide the entire vibe, and shape the song but Jukebox still tells you what you can and can’t do with the result. And the truth is: they don’t even own the rights to the AI-generated audio. That’s the part that really doesn’t sit right.
As a paying customer and a creator, I should be able to use my own work. Instead, I’m met with limitations from a platform that’s charging premium prices without offering true creative freedom.
If you’re a serious artist or producer, I’d highly recommend Suno instead. It’s $10/month, gives you over 1,000 songs to generate, and actually respects your rights as a creator.
Jukebox has potential but right now, it’s a polished product buried under greedy restrictions.

Catchy Tunes But….
The app generates some catchy tunes but kinks in the app make this a poor experience. I paid for one week which should have given me 20 songs to generate. It spits out two versions of each song (not the end of the world) but both versions count against your quota. A number of the songs were incomplete (just cut off in the middle of the song). Then, songs I didn’t generate started showing up in my library and they counted against my quota. I’ve tried 4 requests for support through the app and two emails to the customer service email address and I have not heard a response yet. Canceled my subscription.
