I don’t know if this is using the same model that Suno uses or what because I came here while Suno was down and am having the same issue. Nothing will generate.

DO NOT PURCHASE
This app/platform does not work on mobile or computer. I purchased a subscription and could not use it to download music. The download feature is completely removed even as a paying member. In addition to this, there is no option to cancel your subscription. There’s a manage subscription button but it will repeatedly tell you that it cannot open the billing portal. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS. We emailed them and are currently waiting on a response. We will also be contacting our bank tomorrow to dispute and report the charges.

The AI doesn’t have the basic understanding of rhyming. Also, the voice generation is taking way too long for their pricing. I wouldn’t recommend this.

I’ve paid for 2 weeks now and at first the app was awesome. Now I have songs that won’t generate and it hasn’t for days. If I start a new one then it does the same thing. It seems the all just broke and it’s disappointing as the all was so great before.
Here’s the catch
Don’t waste your time recording your voice. This app doesn’t let you know that it’s going to ask you to pay after you record your voice. So you go through the whole process of recording your voice and reading the scripts for basically nothing unless you pay to save your voice.

When I first started using this app I loved it. But over time it just kept crashing. I don’t recommend you use this one. Try other ones. It’s ok but I paid for a year membership and now it doesn’t even make songs anymore. It’s cooked. Don’t waste your money.

Purchased the one week trial and received 100 credits. Each song is 10 credits or 20 if you use your own voice, so I still had 80 credits at the end of the trial.
After renewing, those 80 credits were gone without any warning. I contacted support and received a dismissive response telling me that I should’ve read the terms of service.
Removing credits without proper notice and the unprofessional response is unacceptable.

I hate this app. After one generation you have to instantly pay. No free coins just one free song and that’s it. I hate it I barely even like paying for apps but at this point I might just delete it. I would recommend Mureka instead.

Within weeks of paying for the pro version of the app it has been rendered essentially useless. I have no access to my library, my likes or even my own album. I have sent in a support ticket without ever receiving a response. I submitted an email, again with no response. I initially sought assistance. I will now be seeking a full refund.

Music shouldn’t have limit artist should be able to say whatever they want with not need for “moderation” yes you can moderate songs published on your site but not for recordings. Fix that.

I bought this asking it to help me create a theme song for my painting tutorials and it just keeps saying it’s baking them but it’s not giving me anything. What a waste of $10.
Predatory false pricing and nonexistent support (Scam)
This apps pricing model is extremely misleading, they will straight up lie about discounts and how you will be charged. If you’re dissatisfied in any way and wish to contact support? You might as well talk to a wall. I’m fully convinced this app has 5 stars due to botted reviews. The AI of the app itself is terrible, and the overpriced premium is completely worthless as you still have to pay for more coin to make songs. It says as a premium member the coin will refresh monthly, (it doesn’t), and when you try to contact support on any issues or bugs with the app (there are a lot), again, good luck. Besides it being terrible, the fact it costs $60 for 20 (poor quality) songs a year is hilarious seeing as it’s not even worth the “cancel anytime” $1.99 a week they falsely advertise before charging you the full year.
Fraud- charged my card and has no way to be contacted
This app charged my card instead of giving the free download. Their help section glitches and won't submit requests. There was no consent to download or pay the fee.

I started using it on a Saturday. I made 4 songs. By Sunday and everyday since, it just gives error messages and produces nothing. No response from customer service. No explanation of the errors either. I’ll be seeking a refund fo the annual plan purchased.
Love it but hate it
I love this app. Been using for a long time. However, I have the yearly membership…the other day it started acting as if I did not have an account right in the middle of making a song. It’s that I was out of credits so I bought more credits and continued making music but was unable to download any. Still can’t save any of the stuff that I making which is irritating and aggravating to say the least. I went back and paid again for another year subscription and I still cannot save my music. I need help immediately.

This app led me to believe that I was getting a free trial but instead charge me $60 and I can’t get my money back as Apple is forcing me to pay for it. Avoid this scam app at all cost.

Just wanted to use my voice to cover a song that already exists and only tells me at the very end of me recording myself (mind you this was 20 minutes in) that I have to pay a subscription in order for me to listen to it. Never downloading again.

I thought I would try this since I was able supposedly to cancel at any time. But what they do not tell you, is that you can cancel the subscription, but they already have your money and even though you do cancel, you do not get a refund for what you just spent out which was almost $69 for the year and whether I cancel or not, I am locked into a subscription that is worthless to me. Then on top of this, in order to create a song, you have to spend more money on another subscription. I am not happy with this at all! Buyer beware!!!!!

Good song generation, terrible service
App does a good job of generating music but my annual subscription, after one month of use seems to no longer register in the system. No matter how many times I try to restore purchase or log out and back in nothing works, customer support is useless with zero communication.

Oh look! Another “FREE” AI that is supposed to make music for you. However, it only does the first song for free, and then starts demanding money to make anything after that… How about these AI song makers start making free with ads style? Zero Support - No User ID
I Now have four subscriptions to the service. I thought I only had one. I also have tried to find someone from support. There is NO way to contact support. It states that I need a user ID to submit. It can be found in the app settings. There is no gear to get in the app settings. I want to remove vocals from existing songs so I can create song tracks. There is no way I know how to do this.

The app is fun to use but there’s not much support when you have an issue. I paid for an annual subscription that doesn’t expire until Oct 2026. However the app removed my credits and is prompting me to pay for another subscription. A little help would be awesome. Is there a way to actually talk to someone from support because I have yet to receive a response in the help section of the app? I was just robbed of 1880 credits again today 2 Feb 2026. My user name is indiedrone47. How do I talk to someone concerning this issue? Was part of last weeks update, to purposely delete credits. This is basically fraud at this point.

Zona needs a fixing. Every time I enter the app, I get a message saying session expired. I don’t know what this means, but my WiFi is fine and is high quality. You might want to update the app and fix this issue.

It’s a good app you do make everything does work but when it comes down to you guys plans, my plan was 7.99 per week and for some reason you guys want to Charge me $37 for a 7.99 per week you please pay attention to y’all plans when you download this app because they’ll steal your money and they won’t get back to you and they won’t they’ll make you pay that so you could be back on their app so be careful

Now to explain my rating. I enjoy reading and I’m nosey. So i went to their “wiki page” (its not wikipedia at all, its their own page from their own website, how they got away with naming it that, I’ll never know. ) But them they go to the credit section, which was my main reason for going there; and it says , in my own words, “there is different types of credit, credit you get for promotion which you can use whether you have a subscription or not!! Yet WHEN YOU PAY FOR CREDITS…. To make a song you MUST HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION!! How is that even a thing?! So you’re telling me that if i have credits, that i PAID FOR, now i have to have a SUBSCRIPTION to even use them!! I mean , great idea… good app!! But you guys are scamming people with this!! And we all know it!! You only got two stars because the song was decent you gave me for free. Bit after reading on your credits system. I am Not interested in buying into your scam!! To bad greed has to smoother every good idea until no one uses it anymore!!
