This has been mentioned in other reviews. The platform doesn’t recognise that you purchased a subscription. In addition the contact email address is non functional. Do not download. It should be removed from the App Store.
Stole my money
This app is a scam. It doesn’t recognize that you paid for the subscription. Also, I messaged the support team for a refund and the email address doesn’t even work.
Service stinks
It will not recognize you have a paid subscription… wants you to continually pay for another subscription…. And the contract link does not work… So there is no way to contact them
