I bought a one year upgrade, but when I open the app I only have the default free functionality. Reached out to customerservice and still no reply after a week.

Asking for review when I’m in the middle of firt time using and can’t get it to work

I paid $42 for unlimited prompts and am now getting “please try again” messages anytime I try to use a prompt. I would like a refund as I haven’t even had this app for more than 2 hours. Paying for premium was supposed to give me unlimited conversation with faster processing…my conversations have been limited! How will you fix this or refund my money? ASAP!

Long story short, I must’ve accidentally hit the subscription button I unsubscribe before a charge could be made yet for the past week. It has been trying to charge me $40 for a yearly subscription and I do not use the app. I have contacted customer service and am waiting patiently for their response. I cannot make any other payments to the subscriptions that I actually want until this matter is resolved. I am not subscribed to the service. Therefore, the charges should not be applied. Apple told me pretty much to go f myself.

This is the same as using chatgpt just paying for it🤦🏽‍♂️

Consistent “please try again” errors from the moment I opened the app and chose a prompt, until it told me I had no free prompts left… three query attempts later. Absolute scammage.
