Don’t use
Airhelp subtracts a hefty fee from your compensation. You would get more from reaching out to the airline directly. Also if you refer people with your referral link, even if you have proof they used your link, Airhelp will lie and say they did not use your link just to not give you a gift card. This happened to me multiple times. Beginning to think the refer a friend program is fake as I get the same generic response at first, then no response when I replied with proof my link was used.

They don’t answer in app at support also at email, you cannot reach them.

My flight was delayed by 15 hours, and I waited 4 months for a response, and in the end they didn’t manage to resolve it, while other companies do their job properly. Avoid them.
Poor Service
Did not solve what they claim they would. Extremely slow service and almost no communication along the way. Just a short comment at the end saying: we couldn’t help you…

App looks good easy to file the claim - but after you share all your personal data there is no contact from company - total fraud and they probably selling your data instead of fighting for you !!! DO NOT USE IT , BETTER FILE CLAIM YOURSELF ON AIRLINE PORTAL
Scam
I paid for AirHelp+ for 2 years. First time I got a flight cancelled, they put a thousand excuses to not cover a lounge access. I paid this service to not have to fight with airline’s support. What’s the point if I have to fight with AirHelp’s awful support? Don’t waste your money here
Didn’t work for me
Nice idea but I had a clear case that should easily result in compensation but after a very long time of waiting and providing documentation it got rejected.
They get your information without your permission
So this is a company and it’s not an airline just be careful. You can get your claims from other Airlines not from them but what they do is they get your information from the airline when you miss a flight and they jump in between and then they charge you a fee without you knowing that. You can get the full refund from the airline directly, so they’re basically useless because you already had a claim with the airline itself. They just jump in between you and the other airline without you giving them permission to know about you missing the flight.
