I have around 20 alerts that I have been unable to view for several days because the app keeps closing out every time I hit the bell icon. I can’t even update my alert parameters. The Spotter subscription is currently not worth the money at the moment. I also submitted a request to help troubleshoot this several days ago and no one has responded.

It use to work great but here in the last month it tells me no airplanes in the air world wide. Don’t waste your time.

Won’t keep my subscription
Every time I want to use my subscription it defaults back to basic membership. To get my subscription to work I have to sign out then sign in. Does not save my flights that I favorite and never gives notifications when I try to turn on alerts.
$25 “upgrade”
Just know that the $25/year plan does absolutely nothing but remove ads. No “upgrade”, no additional features, no locked items unlocked. It’s just like every other tracking app, you’ll rarely use it, so stick to the free version so that you’re not out the cash when you quickly forget about the app.

“Premium” subscription is glitchy, beware
It looks like a great app if you pay to unlock all the cool features. I did so with a premium annual subscription, expecting it to just work. The app still keeps telling me I need to upgrade, which I just did. Can I have my $25 back now?
can no longer view my ADSB Feeder stats
not sure what happened in recent app update or Airnav / Radarbox network but if you try to view your feeder stats the app will freeze for a few minutes then screen go to a blank grey screen and the app will crash. Tried to report it via web trouble support link but after filling out the form the web page crashed when trying to send the trouble ticket….. Sounds like they have some network issues,
Dissatisfied So Far
Once I signed up for the 7 day free trial it only shows me 1 aircraft on the entire globe, no filters or anything. Also still has ads, and it appears to have no idea I’ve got the subscription because when I go to check it offers it to me. But when I select it, it says I have it already.
I think this has potential to be a great app, but so far I’ve had horrible luck as a first time subscriber.

Not working
I signed up for the free trial and created an account. After several re-starts and logging in, there are still ads and no altitude or speed displayed. Cancelled the free trial after a day.

For the Pro version the normal price is $29.99, but there is a discount now for ~$15.

Glitchy! Fake reviews!
The screen constantly flashes while tracking aircraft on iPhone XS. Definitely not recommended. This app also deserves zero stars for using fake reviews. C’mon idiots! You think we can’t tell? This app is garbage.

Horrible... had a paid subscription for $7.99 mo ... app stopped working, locked out the paid features which I was supposed to be receiving. Furthermore, a “failed to connect to App Store” message was generated everytime I attempted to use the subscription page option within the app. Will stick with Flightradar24.
Stiffed Previous Customers to Change App
Purchased a Pro version of AirNav’s RadarBox24 several years ago and used it on a regular basis. Couldn’t figure out why it stopped working. Now it’s clear they have pulled the plug on previously paid versions to go to a monthly subscription model. A nice “thank you” to existing customers. Aircraft speed and altitude info used to be displayed but not on the current version (perhaps on the paid plans, I don’t know). I’ll stick with FlightAware from now on and it’s free.

I purchased both of their Apps Elite and Pro. Now they want a subscription to be able to use the app. Was not that way when I paid for them. Look around. You can get the information they want you to pay for Free. The app is good when it works. Compared to other apps, RadarBox24 lags behind. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I subscribed to the pilot version and am very disappointed. Aircraft following is slow to update, altitude and speed does not update, heard no radio traffic.

Disaster
A mess. Planes appear, disappear, move in the air, then stop for a minute, then appear five miles away somewhere else. Even watched a plane today turn around 180 degrees while landing on the runway... at 140 mph!!! Deleted

Initial impressions
When the app works, it is great. I’ve found it to be unacceptably unreliable. I’ve paid up to have access to more details and feel that we ought to expect a better and more consistent experience.
Glitches: I have two bars of service and see a flight overhead yet the app can’t find or load a single airplane in the sky anywhere.
Please invest RadarBox on platform improvements.

Trial doesn’t work
I applied for the free week trial and then I tried to use options that belongs to what I signed up for and I kept getting notification saying that I need to sing up for the trial or pay for their weekly fee. So I could not use any of the options unless I pay for it, the free trial was useless.

Doesn’t work right
I purchased this app ages ago on my Android device and switched to an iPhone seven years ago and this app never made the swap, it always has one glitch or another, first it wouldn’t open, now it opens and shows a map but no planes. Oh well, it was only a dollar.
It might be good for some things
I simply want to see who is flying in and out of Burlingron international Airport KBTV. If this feature is in the app without the need to search for arrivals or search for departures, I didn’t find it in the first five minutes. So I’m deleting this.
