for around 3 days now the game has been frozen for me, i’ve tried everything deleting the app and reinstalling restarting my device and it’s just frozen on the nordcurrent logo and it stays like that forever and the game never starts. I’ve tried every possible thing to try to get the game back on and no matter what i do it stays at the frozen screen. I asked my friend to check if hers works and she says hers doesn’t either but when i search up if the game is currently going through a crash it says it’s not

False advertisements
Sooo often will I watch an ad to earn double coins at the end of a level but will not receive the coins due to “system error.” What a complete lie, there was no error when I watched the ad but suddenly I can’t gain the coins. This is probably a tactic to make us spend money buying the coins instead.

I’ve deleted, downloaded, offloaded, and redownloaded and it will not even let me past the loading screen.

Gas Feature Is So Useless
Replace the gas to play and give us a heart feature like 10 using 1 for each play then a hour to recharge each. If not then let us play till we fail and lose a heart that way. You are forcing almost every thing in the game to be charged with actual money. It goes from a fun beginning to a stressful hair pull of a game and every user agrees that you are asking us for too much money. People spend money on games they love. They stop spending when they feel exploited.
Does not work
The game will not let me get past the loading screen, I’ve deleted and redownloaded a series of time and nothing works.

Fraudulent ads and too expensive to be enjoyable
I played this game for years but I am done, in order to even play this game you have to fully upgrade everything but it’s impossible to get enough gems to make the game enjoyable without paying an obscene amount of money. When you try to watch the ads they provide for even one gem, you are forced to sit through a long ad and then 10/10 times the alert pops up that they haven’t confirmed with the ad provider so you don’t receive any rewards. This is fraud, they are double dipping. I refuse to continue supporting this fraudulent, scamming company any longer. Save your time and money and find a different game.

ads “fail” to give reward
i used to love this game. i’m f2p, so i watch a lot of ads in order to get double coins, food add-ons, etc… but now, 9/10 the game says “the provider failed to verify the reward” as if i didn’t just watch a 30 second ad. very frustrating, feels like i’m being conned.
Bugs
Lots of bugs with chef duels particularly. Will win a duel, then it gets stuck loading and doesn’t give me the gem I won and still takes the gem I spent to duel. Will not be playing until this is fixed as it seems to be a consistent issue.
scam
I got a credit card notification that I had been charged for $6.95. I opened the charge, it says a piggy bank purchase. I go into the game. There’s a piggy bank sitting there full because… I had not purchased anything. I got proof from my credit card company. I got proof from the game through timed and dated screenshots (which I didn’t even need because they can just log in and look at your game. This company doesn’t care. Seven dollars doesn’t seem like a lot of money but if you do it to a million people that’s a pretty penny. They told me too bad so sad, purchases don’t go through unless you push the button. OBVIOUSLY NOT. Their solution was that I canceled my credit card and get a new one and that’s it. And if you’re hoping to talk to an actual person, forget it. The chat is all automated and goes absolutely nowhere, I tried the same question 50 different ways. Super disappointing.
Fun but constantly crashes
This is a fun game but it crashes randomly several times a day causing lost turns. I reported this issue and they tried to blame it on my phone storage. I offloaded several apps to well below their recommended storage space minimum and it still crashes and steals my turns at least 3-4 times a day. They did not offer to restore any fuel. I won’t be spending any money on this game until they fix the random crash issues.

Constant freezing, email support useless.
Game is so fun and amazing but it freezes and becomes unresponsive while the game still runs, resulting in losses and waste of fuel. Sent email and nothing is ever done to resolve it.

Arrogant, unresponsive, and utterly useless support
I am utterly disappointed by the Airplane Chef support team. My gameplay has been repeatedly derailed by a clear bug, yet your team has shown nothing but arrogant indifference-ignoring my reports, refusing any responsibility or compensation, and dragging me through an absurdly long complaint process. To make matters worse, your responses are excruciatingly slow-when you bother to reply at all. Often you simply refuse to answer, turning an already frustrating experience into an absolutely abysmal one. This dismissive, unprofessional attitude is frankly disgraceful.
Gem robber
Glitches in duel mode. Sometimes when i win, the game is loading and doesnt give me a result (one gem is gone). And sometimes when i win, it gives me a wrong score and claims that i lose (one gem is gone). Another game bites the dust.

Keeps crashing and deducting fuel
This game is amazing but unfortunately, even with the new updates it keeps on crashing and deducting the fuel. It’s a lost fuel and you lost the game and have to start the level all over again. This is us off April 27, 2026.

Annoying
I enjoy the game and thus far have spent plenty of money on it buying gems and money. However lately it has been crashing when I watch videos for upgrades. When I’m moving to the next level and choosing the next board, it’s glitching. It’s overly annoying especially when I watch a video and it gets stuck and I don’t get the reward for watching it. I don’t want to delete it because as I’ve said I’ve spent a good amount of my hard earned dollars. And I feel when you have a loyal player that spend money there is no way I should be inconvenienced in this way! Please fix!

I can’t play any tournaments! I contacted support but it still has not been fixed. I am afraid to spend money buying anything cause what is the point if I can’t play??? I have upgraded all equipment and played all levels already! So the only thing I can do is play the tournaments and now they won’t work. So if not fixed soon I guess I will be done with it and uninstall it. I am Disappointed, this was my favorite game! Ugh!
Ads don’t pay out
While I enjoy playing this game the ads for free in game items consistently run into errors or don’t pay out the free items. I’ve stopped playing this game as frequently as I used to due to this issue. If fixed I’d update my rating and play more often.

i love this game so much but being broke it makes it hard to even progress anywhere in this game. denver is the only airport someone who can’t afford to buy gems and coins to win. don’t label this game as free then expect people to say good things about the app. there’s no reason to do this. make the game have a download fee and make it more fun and make it accessible to people that can’t afford to buy in app fees.

please fix your games and the levels especially on the standard because I played most of the levels and all the levels and I only got 98/100 level levels with three stars but when I try to replay the levels, I’m just wasting my gas because nothing is working so please fix ths!
High potential for fun but…
Very fun and challenging game. However, I only get 50 units of fuel to play and each level is 10 units to play. I spend less time playing this game compared to other app games and it ends up being neglected. I wish to play for longer without having to worry about money. Earning is also slow in this game and the use of gems is excessive. It discourages me from wanting to explore other levels. There’s also a bad glitch on the advertisements. Doesn’t let me exit out of them in the allowed time and then gives me a message that there was an error. Please make this game more playable and at least let me play 10 levels before kicking me off 🙄
Good but…
I love this game. But as the game progresses the algorithm get so difficult that even paying with your real money to buy all the upgrades you STILL can’t beat the games!Even to one star! A game shouldn’t be this hard. My advice, don’t play it.
App won’t load
Game has been stuck on the load screen for over 2 weeks. I uninstalled and installed the app to see if that would work and it hasn’t. Please fix this ASAP
Fun game, but glitch on purchases jewels
I'm addicted to this game. It's my favorite game; however, within the last month option to buy jewels or packages has not been available. Instead of seeing the price of a package or jewels, I see two dashes. I've emailed support, but their suggestions have not worked. Is anyone else having this problem???
Game Keeps Freezing
This game is absolutely fun and addicting at times. I’ve had this game for quite some time and although it’s enjoyable my game is starting to freeze right in the middle of me playing. I’m unable to do anything and ultimately forced to exit out of the game and start over…Only for it happen again in the middle of the game. I’m not sure what’s going on but is this happening to anyone else?

This game is addicting however don’t download it unless you want to spend lots of money. Word of advice DO NOT play the tournaments. You have to spend loads of money have all the upgrades to even have a chance. Oh and don’t get me started on the gas part of the game…..

Dont waste ur time
The game is trashy its hard to get gems which are always needed to upgrade something and the fuel thing. If you use all ur fuel it take hours to refill no point in even getting on the game if you have to get off in a couple minutes because your limited fuel.
Love it but hasn’t been working lately
This is an awesome game! Fun and challenging at the same time and an easy way to pass time, I also enjoy that the developers of the game update it frequently to fix any bugs however after the last update, the app will let me in but it will just stay on the main screen and load for minutes upon minutes and I haven’t been able to play the game in at least a month because it won’t let me in, I’ve tried almost everything I know including restarting the app and my phone trying it on other WiFi and everything Google told me to do but I still can’t find the issue, love the game just hope I can play it again soon!

Apple Pencil Glitch
Honestly I love the game until it stops working properly. I don’t know if it is a bug or a recent issue but I will not tolerate it, so please developer fix the issue.
Doesn’t support 1st Generation Apple Pencil
My pencil use to work. I just had to go to the app and swipe up to clear it from my previous application. I’ve contacted customer support, they told me it would work. Unfortunately today it’s not working at all.
