Game keep glitching to the point where I can’t finish my level it’s annoying !!
Arrogant, unresponsive, and utterly useless support
I am utterly disappointed by the Airplane Chef support team. My gameplay has been repeatedly derailed by a clear bug, yet your team has shown nothing but arrogant indifference-ignoring my reports, refusing any responsibility or compensation, and dragging me through an absurdly long complaint process. To make matters worse, your responses are excruciatingly slow-when you bother to reply at all. Often you simply refuse to answer, turning an already frustrating experience into an absolutely abysmal one. This dismissive, unprofessional attitude is frankly disgraceful.
Gem robber
Glitches in duel mode. Sometimes when i win, the game is loading and doesnt give me a result (one gem is gone). And sometimes when i win, it gives me a wrong score and claims that i lose (one gem is gone). Another game bites the dust.

I enjoy the game and thus far have spent plenty of money on it buying gems and money. However lately it has been crashing when I watch videos for upgrades. When I’m moving to the next level and choosing the next board, it’s glitching. It’s overly annoying especially when I watch a video and it gets stuck and I don’t get the reward for watching it. I don’t want to delete it because as I’ve said I’ve spent a good amount of my hard earned dollars. And I feel when you have a loyal player that spend money there is no way I should be inconvenienced in this way! Please fix!

It starts to freeze up and im not able to give plates out or move along the aisle this ridiculous
Like the game butttt….
I can’t play any tournaments! I contacted support but it still has not been fixed. I am afraid to spend money buying anything cause what is the point if I can’t play??? I have upgraded all equipment and played all levels already! So the only thing I can do is play the tournaments and now they won’t work. So if not fixed soon I guess I will be done with it and uninstall it. I am Disappointed, this was my favorite game! Ugh!

Why are the ads (and its rewards) still broken?? Watching ads after clearing a level or watching daily ads made the game freeze or it didn’t give the rewards after watching. It’s been going on for way too long!!!! Fix this ads problem asap!! Someone must be competent enough in the company to fix the ads and rewards problem???

Have watched several ads for bonus items or coins but 50% of the time the ads won’t let you click out of them and freeze the game or it says cannot verify ad reward after already watching a full ad
Customer Service is HORRIBLE
I’ve been playing this game pretty religiously. It’s expensive so I do not recommend if you have an addictive personality. I have been making a lot of purchases allowing me to save up on resources. Everything was fine until there was a glitch on the app that charged me $9.99. Naturally I disputed it because I did not authorize the purchase nor did I receive whatever it was that I was charged for. The next day I opened the app and all of my money was automatically deducted from my account. I reached out to customer service and they basically called me a liar and wouldn’t give me my resources back. If they looked back in the past couple of months they can see that I have been purchasing consistently without any issues. Don’t expect them to care about their players. They’re a greedy and disgusting company that I regret ever giving my money to. I will be staying away from all Nordcurrent games from now on.
Glitchy
Ads are needed to earn rewards but after watching an ad the app crashes. I also just spent 7 gems (hard to collect) on an item and the app glitched, took my gems and money, and I didn’t unlock the item. It’s a very frustrating part of what use to be a fun game.
Can't use my apple pencíl
When I try to play the game with my pencil it starts to draw on the game and the whole reason I got an iPad was because I seen someone playing this game with a pencil. What can I DO to fix it.

Dont bother downloading the game right now
I’ve spent a significant amount of money on this game and lately the experience has become extremely frustrating. Ads frequently fail to close, display errors saying the ad provider “can’t verify,” and as a result I do not receive the rewards after watching them.
This has happened multiple times and wastes both my time and money. If this issue isn’t addressed soon I will be deleting the app. Paying players should not be penalized due to broken ads. Please fix this issue.

The fuel already collects SUPER slow but now the level seem to be impossible to beat even if you constantly upgrade and use souvenirs. I’ll be uninstalling the game soon if this keeps up . i dont want to play for 30 minutes a day just to not move on . Its starting to drag and become boring .

砸了3个小猪存钱罐，每一个都没有全额给我该给的额度，都扣了三分之一，发邮件给官方，官方只退还了最后一只猪的差额。游戏手感奇差无比，餐盘拖半天拖不到乘客身上去，白白浪费时间，导致过不了关，浪费我的燃油资源。资源涨价也离谱，短短一年时间，金币、钻石、燃油价格飙升，这是把玩家当韭菜割啊。而且官方只会反馈“感谢你的反馈，欢迎你给我们提出建议，我们将会努力更新”这样没用的废话，虚伪。

Buggy, Ads are scammy
Do not bother with this game. There is not a realistic way to win the levels unless you pay or watch an incredible amount of ads. The ads are long and scammy, don’t allow you a way to close them out and you don’t get your reward. After contacting customer service, they do not care.
Buggy and no customer service
whenever I play this game there is always an issue whenever I do a swiping motion with serving food. It would slow down and I have to repeat the gesture 3-5 times before it works. It is not my internet speed because I check a speed test prior to starting a level, and restart the game prior to each level. i loved this game and I spent so much money but unfortunately, It is poorly developed and maintained. To date, I have wasted more than 100 fuel because of the issue, it would cause me to lose customers and at that point there is no point of continuing the level. I tried reaching out to customer service and I never received any response.

Dont waste ur time
The game is trashy its hard to get gems which are always needed to upgrade something and the fuel thing. If you use all ur fuel it take hours to refill no point in even getting on the game if you have to get off in a couple minutes because your limited fuel.
Love it but hasn’t been working lately
This is an awesome game! Fun and challenging at the same time and an easy way to pass time, I also enjoy that the developers of the game update it frequently to fix any bugs however after the last update, the app will let me in but it will just stay on the main screen and load for minutes upon minutes and I haven’t been able to play the game in at least a month because it won’t let me in, I’ve tried almost everything I know including restarting the app and my phone trying it on other WiFi and everything Google told me to do but I still can’t find the issue, love the game just hope I can play it again soon!

Apple Pencil Glitch
Honestly I love the game until it stops working properly. I don’t know if it is a bug or a recent issue but I will not tolerate it, so please developer fix the issue.
Doesn’t support 1st Generation Apple Pencil
My pencil use to work. I just had to go to the app and swipe up to clear it from my previous application. I’ve contacted customer support, they told me it would work. Unfortunately today it’s not working at all.

I have played as another Nordcurrent game for years: Township. I liked it. I spent money on it. However, recently, the game became more expensive. Nordcurrent switched how earnings were presented in an effort to fool players into spending more money. I no longer play the game.
Watch what you “earn” each round, and notice you virtually “earned” nothing in regard to your overall score.

Very fun free game
I love this game, there are so many levels and upgrades you can do, but everything is free unless you want to pay real money for extra coins and stuff. You don’t even really have to watch ads unless you really want to. I’m getting annoyed with the unity ads not being able to close.

It’s VERY addictive but it requires you pay to keep playing. Or sit thru annoying ads and have the game glitch when you try to end the videos. Such a shame.

This game is addicting however don’t download it unless you want to spend lots of money. Word of advice DO NOT play the tournaments. You have to spend loads of money have all the upgrades to even have a chance. Oh and don’t get me started on the gas part of the game…..

I was hooked
When I first downloaded this game I was hooked! This is MY kinda game! I spent hours playing! Now I can only play a limited amount bc I have to wait for my fuel refills & they go so quickly being each level costs me 10 fuel tanks! But I also want to add that I am so sick of watching ads to get rewards & then I never get the reward bc the game either won’t let me x out of the ad screen, freezes up while watching the ad, or just plain out doesn’t give me my rewards! Please fix these things! From what I have read here in the reviews lately, EVERYONE is tired of all these things happening to them so it’s NOT just me! I want to keep playing the game bc I love it! But I won’t stick around much longer if these things can’t be fixed & I’m sure I’m not the only one that would quit playing.

UNITY ADS do NOT close when you press X no matter what you do. Please fix. it’s only these ads and I know many many users are reporting the issue with nothing being done
