Every time you guys update I have to re download the app and log back in! Can y’all tone it down or wait a lil bit or at least fix having to keep logging back in!! Edit. Once again they updated some stuff and I can’t log in, I can’t even download because I owe apple money, now I have to sit here with a broken phone and no app to order one. Please stop with the updates so much I’m sure it’s no that many features to add unless I’m wrong. Very unsatisfying once again

I Oder my phone and still haven’t received the phone yet nor is they willing to check and let me know any update about the phone. AirTalk isn’t it, I would have better look talking to a person on the street quick fast and simple. They can’t even help me nor try to resolve the problem with the customer, the automated system is a bigger issue have to press all these numbers just to talk to a live representative that’s a pain

WHY IS IT SO VERY HARD TO OPEN THE BACK OF THE A67L PERIOD. NO KIND OF INFORMATION OR INSTRUCTIONS. ITS SUPER HARD TO GET TO A LIVE PERSON. VERY TERRIBLE. I AM VERY FRUSTRATED AND IT SHOULD NOT BE LIKE THIS. JUST BECAUSE WE BELOW POVERTY/ POOR OR LOW IN MONEY THIS DOES NOT GIVE THE RIGHT TO TREAT US ANY KIND OF WAY. These get too hot. Nobody wants constant adds via Apple’s phones. It was a great gift. Frankly, these are way too expensive for the quality of it. Google is guilty of listening to people with third parties.

Bugs!!!
You can’t receive verification code in your email or your phone number it never comes!!! It’s bugged and been having bugs forever without being fixed ever.
Hard to get in contact with them and unlimited has a limit.

Worst customer service ever
When I called and ordered a phone, I had plenty of help and everything was great. Once I received my cell phone, it was the wrong phone and every time I tried to contact your company. I didn’t get anywhere on the phone. The email Mail anything. There were many days that I was on hold for four hours. I want to return this phone. I’ve been trying to return it since I received it.. I did pay for it so it is within the 30 day window. I’ve had horrible problems logging in. Also my account says I’ve used 81% of my monthly allowance. I have never used.

I bought a iPhone 12 yesterday and been looking at the price for 199 for a week and the next day it was 169 and nobody answers the phone to negotiate the difference

When I first applied for service from the advertising ad it said free iPhone, well they lied the iPhone was unavailable or you either had to pay extra but I went on a signed up anyway. I made a big mistake because my data do not last I have to top up at 2-3 times a month what a rip-off I immediately transferred to another company hopefully I can get better service with the new company. AIRTALK IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!!!!!
Worse company
They’re NEVER available to answer questions or requests. There customer service is non existent. Unless you have wifi your Data goes super fast. If you want to port out and keep your phone number they make it impossible for you to take your phone number with you. They put every excuse in the book to keep you locked in. My advice to you is to Go to a different company.
Huge Disappointment
After several weeks of trying to get my lifeline service transferred from SafeLink to AirTalk, in order to get a replacement Free Phone and 25 GB unlimited data plan, AirTalk Wireless has downgraded my plan to 10 GB data/month, given me some random phone number I don’t want, sent me a physical SIM card when I wanted and needed an eSIM to bring a device and get it easier via email, and my number hasn’t been ported. Why are these government sponsored wireless carriers allowed to operate in such a grossly unaccountable fashion, promising several things to the consumer, while delivering nothing close to what was promised or expected.

Frequent updates
This app requires frequent updates. I have limited data plan and need to check data usage often. But app won’t start until updated, using even more additional data. My guess it’s because AirTalk wants to upsell extra data (and sending lot of promo messages).
No help with issues
Constantly says no service, have to power off and on then may work 45 minutes haven’t been able to use in 2 weeks

Expensive
The updates kill it , and the lifeline upgrade for 35 bucks says unlimited but when half my data is used it slows down so much I can’t do anything online at all . And half my data is used up by half the month usually and I have to buy top ups to be able to keep using my phone , on average I spend over a hundred a month on what I thought was for low income and would be less expensive ! But it’s not if u use your phone for anything at all it kills data ! Top ups top up top up it’s too expensive especially when my wife has AT&T and her bill is 50 a month and is really unlimited . This isn’t great at all here !
Port-In Process
The port in process has been a nightmare, between current carrier and AirTalk they are vague as to what information you need during the process, then ATT don’t tell you but you have multiple account numbers and if you don’t submit the correct account number your process is slowed to almost stop and support takes forever to get back with you on either side… it’s crazy and frustrating

The data runs out so quickly. I constantly have to keep paying for more. Even if it’s unlimited data, it doesn’t last long and neither does it rollover.
