Worst Login Experience
Out of all the shopping app experiences. AJIO is the WORST. It asks for the OTP so many times and is not a single sign on through email address. You try to restore the phone number linked to the email, it throws an error that the email is linked to another account. The most annoying process and Worst login experience. I have deleted my account and do not recommend this app.

**Worst service ever!**
I’m not saying this as a first-time issue. For the past few days, I’ve been speaking with the customer service team through the chat option, and I don't understand why they take so long to respond. Every time (for the last 3 days), it takes an excessive amount of time just to get them to acknowledge the previous day’s complaint.

Fraud activities!!!!!!
The delivery agent has picked up from us the product for the return request without otp and we have cctv proof as well , when I raised the case stating the Product was pickup from us but they closed my case stating they have returned the product to me !! No where the delivery agent returned back the product, he took the product and went , finally i didn’t get proper resolution on it, no refund and even I don’t have product with me.

I seriously have no idea where the root of the issue here is. I ordered two items got a package stating two items are inside the parcel and when I open there is only one. A simple mistake by the seller can be the cause it can be handled very easily by giving refund or shipping the missing product or at least a gift card or a voucher. But what they do is completely refrain from accepting the mistake. Lol completely invalidating your issue and stating nothing can be done. Lol now what do I do???? I just lost my money on ajio which that do not even hold themselves accountable for. If I wanted to scam them i’ll try that for a super expensive product not a kurti on sale!!!! Never ordering again. And I suggest you guys save yourselves from the trouble aswell. Jai hind.
Weird all
This app is weird. I added items to my cart. After some time when I checked my cart, it hanged in between. All items added to cart disappeared. I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it. I added all items back to cart and now the same thing happened. Worst app :(

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the customer service provided by AJIO. Recently, I placed an order and unfortunately made a typo in the phone number. Understanding that this was an error on my part, I sought to correct it promptly.
However, my experience with AJIO's customer service has been nothing short of a nightmare. When I realized the mistake, I immediately tried to contact customer support via phone, only to find it completely impossible to reach a representative. The line was either constantly busy or led to endless hold times without any resolution.
As an alternative, I emailed customer support, hoping for a quicker resolution. To my dismay, the response time was abysmally slow. It took several days to receive a reply, and even then, the responses were generic and unhelpful, failing to address my specific issue effectively.
Due to the incorrect phone number, the delivery person was unable to complete the delivery because an OTP was required. I understand the necessity of such security measures, but the lack of accessible customer service to rectify a simple mistake is unacceptable.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and has significantly diminished my trust in AJIO. I expect much better from a company that claims to value its customers. Immediate improvements in customer service accessibility and response times are desperately needed.

Didn’t accept my return
They gave a product which didn’t have tag and when I wanted to return it they didn’t accept it. I called customer care but still they didn’t accept it

Unacceptable Error and Lack of Resolution from Ajio
I am extremely disappointed with the service from Ajio. I ordered two sarees, but I received an entirely incorrect item. Despite my complaints, Ajio insists they sent the correct product. This is not only frustrating but also a clear mistake on their part. Whether it's an inventory error or a transportation issue, it's irrelevant to me as a customer. I demand a swift resolution and the correct items delivered. Ajio's refusal to address this issue seriously is unacceptable, and if not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter through consumer protection channels. This level of incompetence is disheartening and needs immediate attention.

I did not received my refund for the return id RT110473172. Tracking show it’s already delivered to ajio. But they didn’t refund my money. Ajio is fraud company. Eating people money. Dont order from AJIO. If you order and return them you will never get your money back.

Worst e-commerce platform
Ajio, can never deliver on time or have an accurate delivery date. It is way better to order it from the competitors website and get it on time. Plus the quality of the sandals is not great . Mine broken in the very first few days of usage.
Why waste time behind app which fails to deliver
First of all i wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone. Not only do they put up products which are out of stock but they cancel it from their end saying the product was defective. They don’t have quality control or they just want to generate traffic. They have the audacity to cancel your delivery after it has passed the delivery date and to compensate they will say you will get a coupon code which again you don’t get. These people are so miserable that they continue with their blunders with each and every order I have placed in last two weeks and have not received yet. I am sure I won’t receive the other items as well. Why waste time behind such an app which fails in every aspect, disgusting and a harrowing experience

Bough the item but was undelivered for first 15 days! They kept saying that the shipping company has it but shipping company showed me in their DB that they never got it. Ajio’s Supervisors and managers laugh on your misery and after 15 days they just cancelled my order. Pathetic!

Worst Application Money gets deducted and no order placed
Last month I tried placing order 4 times via different modes, every time money got deducted and order was not placed. Today on 13th September 2021 again money got deducted 3 times first I tried via upi via paytm and Google pay both time money got deducted then I tried via debit card and guess what again same thing happened. I am really disappointed with this and finally came here to write review.

Returns and Exchanges are on deaf ears
It’s like a one way channel. You can only order and give them money. In case you have a problem with the order and looking for return or exchange, you will be LITERALLY HARASSED to the core. They have a million reason to void your return. They are not reachable on email or phone or whatever mode you say.
I waited for 33 minutes on a call before connecting to an agent who just reads a para from her desktop. You question them then get the rudest ever reply from a customer care ever. They will annoy you to such an extent that you would just want to ignore the return and throw the product in garbage give them the money. It is literally HARASSMENT.
They just want to spoil your peace. If you still wish to purchase from AJIO, be sure to loose your sleep and peace.

The app doesn’t load items properly , account details fails , entering address fails , change of address fails and finally payment also fails.My first time buy fails due to app issues . I never seen an app that fails consistently. AJIO doesn’t have option for email OTP and no international numbers allowed . Whoever doing QA to this app is worst team . May be the review also might fail in showing 🙂

I ordered 4223.04 worth clothes on July 31st
Up to now there is no update customer care number also not working and also not responding for mails.I already paid amount but the order is cancelled by ajio after 2 months but not refunded .
